What is the SIP Service?

§ SIP Service is also known as the "Your Voice in the Cloud" service.

§ This service provides customers with a SIP

telephony solution at a significant discountthat improves as more schools adopt it

§ Getting started was not as formal a process

§ 911 Service is of critical importance to universities to avoid legal and

regulatory compliance challenges
