Purpose

Create an environment that presents the way electronic communication takes place on the Internet, without actual being connected

Provide a platform to serve as a Learning Management System for courses

Server Pentium III 1 Gigahertz computer or faster 512 MB of Memory or more Running Windows XP Hard Drive space as needed
