Depending on the IT infrastructure needs, customers can select various IMS software

modules that support the optimization of asset & maintenance management. Modules

include configuration management, monitoring & optimization, work preparation,

scheduling, compliance management, resource management, risk management, caretaker,

The IMS software package enables clients to build their own (web based) PAS55 compliant

control tower and provide crucial support to field engineers using handhelds and tablets.

Asset Management for a Water network and sanitation plantIMS designed and implemented a fully PAS55 compliant asset

management solution for an international water sanitation client, which

supports the optimization of the operations and maintenance on the short

and long term, which includes billing to the customer up till optimizing the

maintenance plans and procedures.

Consulting on Performance Based Contracting and RCMIMS provided independent consultancy to a leading infrastructure asset

manager on the implementation of Performance Based Contracting and

the application of the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)

methodology to define and optimize maintenance strategy and plans.

Optimizing operations & maintenance of wind parksIMS supported asset owners in the wind energy sector with the

optimization of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M). This included the

definition of the O&M strategy over the lifetime and implementation of a

control room supporting daily O&M activities, condition monitoring and

lifetime management.

Digitized maintenance and improvement of availabilityFor a leading multinational IMS introduced digitized maintenance,

supported by IMS’s independent, shared control tower concept. Data

gathered in the control tower was used to optimize the maintenance plans
