Visiting Assignment Consultant - providedconceptual ideas for new CBD in Suzhou.Program included; office , retail, spa, hotel ,yoga studio, department store, restaurants,Shops, Boutiques, luxurious condos, movietheater, karaoke among others. Located closeby SCP under construction and previouslyawarded CBD. Conceptual Idea consisted indeveloped 6 new “mini blocks” with individualcharacter , and gathering spaces in harmonywith existing ancient channel- some areas toenjoy the channel water front view.

Provided full architectural design services forthis new two-story biotechnology shellbuilding. The site included parking toaccommodate approximately 435 vehicles.Design includes a 2,500 sf. two-story circularlobby area, two equipment yards, and twoloading areas. This design successfully meetsthe complex demands of thebiopharmaceutical industry uses and respondswell to the characteristics of this location.
