● The management of Atlantis will be evenly divided amongst its three founders.

● Melissa Medina's investment will be $30,000, with a personal stake of 25% of the business. Melissa Medina will be held responsible for the marketing and managerial part of the business.

● Atlantis’s fundamental marketing strategy is multiple segmentation. The target market will be the people who support a healthy life style and people for whom bathing is an integral part of national traditions.

● Steam house's customers will be the various population of every age and gender, professionals and retirees with household incomes greater than $ 30,000.

● The demographic situation is very important for the Atlantis business since the customers could be men and women at age from 18 to 70 years old and even older who care of their health, like social life and have enough income for this service.

● The state-of-art facility contains two main zones: reception and facility. The facility portion has heated floors and benches, dressing rooms, sophisticated ventilation, hi-tech temperature controls, Russian banya, Turkish hamam, Finnish sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and pool.

● Additional services, like full-service spa with conditioning massages, scrubs, wraps, hamam body wash, body scrub, facials, herbal and mineral baths will be offered.

● The customers receive a therapeutic experience as water and heat combine to cleanse the body from inside out through it’s largest organ, the skin.
