THE INTENSIFICATION OF THE EUROASIAN RELATIONS IS ONE OF THE OBJECTIVE TRENDS OF THE WORLD DEVELOPMENT.

IN 2003 THE GOODS TURNOVER WAS MORE THAN 600 BILLION USA DOLLARS .

THE VOLUME OF CONTAINER TRANSPORTATIONS IN THE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE REACHED THE LEVEL OF 55%.

IN 2010 THIS FIGURE WILL COME TO 70% APPROXIMATELY.

ANNUAL GROWTH UP TO 8-10 % ON THE INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TRANSPORT MARKET ISSUES NEW CHALLENGES FOR OUR COUNTRIES.

•CREATION OF THE NATIONAL OPERATOR OF THE COMBINED CARRIAGES;•DEFINITION OF THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF THE COMBINED CARRIAGES АS FAR AS STRUCTURE AND VOLUMES OF CARGO FLOWS ON THIS DIRECTIONS;•СREATION OF THE LEGAL BASE TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE REQUIREMENTS OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT POLICY;•CREATION OF COMBINED TRANSPORT TERMINALS (FREIGHT CUSTOM UNITS) AND INFRASTRUCTURE THAT IS ABLE TO ENSURE SUCH TRANSPORTATIONS;•MODERNIZATION, CONSTRUCTION AND CARRIER VEHICLE OBTAINING NECESSARY FOR REALIZATION OF THE COMBINED TRANSPORTATIONS.
