Available in 4mm, 5mm and 8mm distal tips, the STINGERTM ablation catheter is offered in four versions to meet different torque and compatibility needs. For precise positioning and control, the STINGERTM product line offers a unique blend of technology and ergonomics, allowing physicians to negotiate challenging anatomy with confidence and speed.

Shaft-to-tip dissociation and bidirectional curve actuation enable accurate and precise catheter placement. Patented CURVELOCKTM Mechanism locks the curve into place, preventing movement once the target is reached.

Many catheter electrodes have an adhesive overcoat on their edges that can distort or degrade signal quality. The STINGERTM ablation catheter has compression-fit electrodes, with no adhesive overcoat, which allows complete contact with the tissue.

To meet your particular needs and preferences, the STINGERTM ablation catheterfamily is available in a wide range of curves as well as two tip stiffnesses. Each of these two shaft styles is available in either Thermocouple or Thermistortemperature sensing compatibility.

Through advanced mapping, placement, and control, the BARD® HD MESH

MAPPERTM Catheter is helping to redefine cardiac mapping.

The unique nature of the mesh braid along with 32-electrode high density construction provides ultra-precise positioning. It’s ideal for close mapping of the PV ostium, accurate identification of pulmonary vein potentials and the elimination of far field signals. The exclusive mesh disc is heparin coated.

The ergonomic handle was engineered to fit comfortably in the hand. The exclusive slide control mechanism actuates the mesh disk with excellent precision enabling the catheter to smoothly deploy in a variable range from 11-25mm.

The ability to record 32 unipolar or bipolar electrograms with support for clockwise or counter-clockwise orientation may yield a faster and safer procedure.

When it comes to pulmonary vein isolation in the treatment of focal atrial fibrillation, the challenges can be numerous. The ORBITERTM PVTM (OPV)Variable Loop Mapping Catheter has been designed to overcome these challenges. We’ve created a catheter that keeps you in contact from mapping through ablation and confirmation of post-ablation conduction block.

It’s no secret that true ostial positioning is a key element in successful and lasting outcomes. The OPV Variable Loop Mapping catheter is the first circular mapping catheter to combine an adjustable loop with a deflectable shaft. The variable loop design allowsyou to adjust the catheter’s diameter to maximize contact with the pulmonary vein atits most proximal point.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via two day delivery. Although BARD® is not responsible for shipping damage to the product, BARD®

will extend assistance to settle claims with the carrier for product damaged in transit. All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and any shippingdamage reported to the carrier. Proof of deliveries can be obtained up to 90 days from date of shipment.

Unless a product is covered by a separate warranty or a separate warranty is enclosed with the product, the following Limited Product Warranty will apply to the product:

The product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the product proves to be defective, purchaser may return same to Bard Electrophysiology for repair or replacement, at Bard Electrophysiology’s option. The liability of Bard Electrophysiology under this limited warranty does not extend to any abuse or misuse of the product.

This limited product warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Because the storage and use of any product are factors beyond the control of Bard Electrophysiology and may directly affect it and the results obtainedfrom it, the liability and remedy stated in this limited warranty will be the sole liability of Bard Electrophysiology and remedy available to purchaser for a product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and Bard Electrophysiology will not be liable to purchaser for incidental and consequential damages arising from its use.

To obtain Return Authorizations for the return of unused, saleable merchandise, other than capital equipment or a performance claim, contact Customer Service at (800) 824-8724.

To expedite the return process, please have on hand the following information:

• Purchase order number, Bard Electrophysiology invoice number and date of the invoice.

• Catalog number and quantity to be returned.

• Reason for return (e.g., duplicate order)

Returned products must be:

• Standard catalog items received by Bard Electrophysiology within 90 days of invoice date.

• Received in an unused and saleable condition.

• Previously authorized by Bard Electrophysiology.

Your customer account will be credited for acceptable returned products subjectto a restocking fee of 30%, minimum of $10. Merchandise processed in errorby Bard Electrophysiology will be credited 100%.

Field Assurance will assist you with product related complaints. Contact Field Assurance at (800) 392-9201. Any product with a performance related problem may be returned to us. Please have on hand the following information to return product:

1. Purchase order number, BARD® invoice and date.

2. Catalog number and quantity to be returned.

3. Manufacturing lot number and sterile lot number.

4. Nature of problem.

Please clean and package used devices carefully. We appreciate your assistancein preparing products for examination by rinsing away blood and bodily fluidsand by disinfecting the product. When you request to return a product, we will assign you an authorization number and we will mail you the materialsneeded to return the product.

All products and specifications set forth in the current catalog are based on information available at the time of publication. BARD® reserves the right to discontinue any product, modify specifications, or change prices with or without prior notification.
