INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
GLOBAL FUND TO FIGHT HIV/AIDS, TUBERCULOSIS AND MALARIA
GRANT AGREEMENTS: MAW-607-G01-H
SUPPLY OF AUDIO VISUAL MATERIALS FOR ABIDJAN / LAGOSCORRIDOR ORGANITION.
ICB: NO 001/ 2010/ ALCO/ SPM/ ES.
1. The executive secretariat of Abidjan/Lagos Corridor Organization (ALCO)
received within the frame work of the 7th round of the global fund to fight
HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria, for 9 years, a grant for the implementation of the
project titled intensification of STI/HIV/AIDS intervention targeting mobile
populations: consolidation and extension of the joint regional STI/HIV/AIDS
project along the Abidjan/Lagos Transportation Corridor. ALCO governing board
proposes to use part of this fund for contract related to this project.
2. The executive secretariat is seeking proposals for the supply of audio-visual
materials for the executive secretariat of Abidjan Lagos corridor Organization.
3. The executive secretariat of Abidjan/Lagos Corridor Organization invites suitable
candidate to submit their proposals for the supply of the equipments which is
presented as follows in a single and indivisible lot:

(a). Five hundred thousand (500,000.00) Video CD.
(b) .Two hundred thousand (200,000.00) DVD.
(c). One hundred thousand (100,000.00) video cassettes.
(d) .One hundred thousand (100,000.00) loud-hailers.
(e).Forty thousand (40,000.00) television sets.
(f). Forty thousand (40,000.00) flip charts.
(g). Two thousand (2,000) video projectors.
(h). Ten thousand (10,000.00) laptop portable computers.
The delivery period is six (06) weeks from the date of notification of the contract.
The place of delivery is LAGOS NIGERIA.

4. Interested suitable candidate can obtained further information from the
Executive Secretary of Abidjan/ Lagos Corridor Organization through this email

5. Interested candidates can purchase a complete invitation to tender documents in
English / French by writing application to the secretary of ALCO through this emailaddress, [email protected]
6. The proposals must be sent to the secretary ALCO, latest on 6 MAY, 2010. At
10.00a.m Nigerian time. They must be accompanied with a proposal guarantee of
one hundred thousand (100,000) Euros or an equivalent amount in freely
convertible currency. The guarantees must come from an approved commercial
bank. Proposals received after the stipulated time will be rejected. The opening
season will be at the second week of FEBRUARY, in the conference room of the
executive secretariat of ALCO at the address below:
