Pailan College of Management & Technology (PCMT) offers a host of career-focused courses eg. Masters in Computer Applications (MCA), Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at PG level and B.Tech courses at UG level, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (MAKAUT). The Institution is ISO 9001:2008 accredited situated at lush green surroundings of Bengal Pailan Park, Amgachia Road, Joka, Kolkata-700104, having well equipped air-conditioned class rooms, laboratories, libraries and other facilities. Pailan Technical Campus (PTC), a Polytechnic College, conducts three year full time diploma courses in the following fields of Engineering viz., Civil Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE) and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETCE). The courses are approved by ‘All India Council for Technical Education’ (AICTE) and affiliated to ‘West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education & Skill Development’ (WBSCT&VE&SD), Govt. of West Bengal. The college has started functioning from June, 2012 and the first batch passed out in June, 2015. The vision of the college is to create a centre for technical education of national standards and to develop students for meeting current and future demands of industry in their respective technical domains.
