Methods and Models for

Latent Variables

Naples, Italy

17, 18, 19 May 2012

The Conference is sponsored by Final Conference of

the Italian Statistical Society SIS PRIN 2008

The main topic of the Conference is latent structure analysis with particular reference to new boundaries in statistical methods and models. The Conference intends to represent a meeting-point for researchers working on latent structure analysis and related topics around the world. The Book of Short Papers has been inserted as a Special Issue of the Journal "Quaderni di Statistica", vol.14, 2012, ISSN 1594-3739. Currently, the Journal is indexed by the Current Index to Statistics. The Book will be delivered to all registered participants at the registration desk of the Conference. Special issue for full papers submission: Authors of a selection of contributions presented at the MMLV2012 Conference will be invited to submit a full paper for a Special Issue of "Communication in Statistics - Theory and Methods" devoted to the Conference. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed according to the standards of the Journal.

- The Registration desk will be located in the hall of the Royal-Continental Hotel

- Lunches and coffee breaks will take place at the Royal-Continental Hotel Restaurant

- Social Dinner will be offered on Friday 18 May 2012 at “La Bersagliera” Restaurant, in front of the Conference site, on the seaside, Borgo Marinari, Naples
