International Children's Football Tournament “BFA Cup” 2019

Baltic Football Academy is organizing international children's football tournaments in Vilnius (the capital of Lithuania), in 2019. The competition cycle is intended to improve the skills of young footballers and to experience playing football with foreign teams.

The tournament will take place in Sportima Sports Hall, located at Ąžuolyno St. 5, Vilnius. The pitch in the sports hall has an artificial surface. The temperature inside is +16 C.

Regulations: • Rules of the Game are regulated by UEFA (changes of the rules are possible and

discussed with the teams before the tournament).

• Substitutions are made during the game and their number is not limited.

• A player who recieves a red card is not allowed to play in the next match.

• All matches will be refereed by licensed referees.

Finding the winners and awarding:

• The winning team is determined according to points scored. In case of equal number of points the result is determined by the result of the mutual game, the total goal difference in all matches, the greater number of victories, the goal difference of the mutual game and the drawing of lots;

• Each team will play 5 to 6 matches.

• The composition of the squad: 18 players, two coaches.

• Teams invited to the tournament are from around the world, the strongest Lithuanian teams will also participate.

Health insurance:

• Teams must have nominal application with a doctor's visa and health insurance policies of the players.

Finding the winners and awarding:

• In A level tournaments the winning team will be awarded a cup and medals;

• In A level tournaments winners of 2nd and 3rd places will be awarded a cup and medals;

• In A level tournaments prizes will be awarded to: the best goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, striker and top scorer of the tournament;

• In A level tournaments (2011 and 2012 age groups) all the teams will get medals and consolation prizes;

• In B level tournaments all the teams will get medals and consolation prizes.

Conditions of reception of the teams:

• Tournament participants will be accommodated in a hotel;

• Tournament participants' travelling, catering and accommodation costs shall be borne by the seconding organization.

Payments: • The entry fee must be paid no later than 4 (four) weeks before the tournament

starts.

• The fee for accommodation. 50% fee for accommodation should be paid no later than 2 (two) weeks before the tournament starts.

• Teams must buy the accommodation package only from the organizers.

• The entry fee and accommodation payments are non-refundable for non-participation in the tournament if the team did not come for reasons beyond the control of the organizers.

• Team manager/coach is responsible for any damage caused by his players.

• Team automatically agrees to all rules of the tournament when paying the entry fee.
