TABLE OF CONTENTS As we all know America is under attack by the enemy. Our very Christian liberties are at risk. But it’s not just America, it’s in every nation of the world. As I travel, it seems like God’s people don’t know what to do. Some of God’s people are walking in fear, others have lost hope. One thing I am positive of is God’s Will will be fulfilled no matter what man does, but we do need to hear from Him.

As I was praying about this, the Lord took me to Joel to show me what to do. In Joel chapter 1, verse 2, the prophet Joel is telling the people, who were facing devastation:

“Hear this you elders,

And give ear, all you inhabitants of the land!

Has anything like this happened in your days,

Or even in the days of your fathers?”

Does this sound familiar? Recently I thought, twenty years ago I would not have dreamed our government would mandate moral failure on our people.

In this chapter, Joel is warning the people because the locusts had come and consumed the harvest and the provision for God’s people was cut off. This is what we are facing today. The enemy is trying to cut off our spiritual provision in every nation.

In verse 14, Joel tells the people of God what do to:

“Consecrate a fast

Call a sacred assembly;

Gather the elders and all

the inhabitants

of the land into the house of the Lord your

God,

and cry out

to the Lord.”

Why is the fast

important? It denies the flesh and positions us to hear and connect to God. Joel knew how desperate things were; only God could intervene and save His people. So Joel sounds the alarm all across the land. Joel 2:1—

“Blow the trumpet (shofar) in Zion,

and sound the alarm on My holy

mountain!

Let all the inhabitants of the land

tremble;

For the day of the Lord is coming,

For it is at hand…”

Joel prophesied what God would do if they obeyed Him; there would be abundance in the land. The former rain and the latter rain would be poured out. God would pour out His Spirit on all flesh.

I recommend we read Joel chapters 1 and 2. This is where we are today. We need to consecrate a fast and sound the alarm into every nation and humble ourselves before our God. Continued on page 3

INTERCESSION

WHAT IS PRAYER?

Why do we pray? Well, for one thing, because nothing good is going to happen without it. We pray so that we can communicate and have relationship with Him. We are also instructed in Philippians 4:6 to “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplications, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made know to God.”

We all have petitions that we desire from Him; not only our needs but we bring our wants as well. We are told we have not because we ask not.

We pray for our families, we pray for our ministries, we pray for our finances. We also pray for how we want to see God move in a lot of

different situations. These are only a few of the things that we pray for. And we are directed to come boldly before the throne of grace.

But then there is intercession.

WHAT IS INTERCESSION?

I don’t believe that we intercede to move the hand of God. I believe that we intercede to find out how God is moving, and then bring our intercession into alignment with whatever it is that God is doing. Make no mistake whether you can see it or not, God is always moving.

We need to be like Jesus when He made the statement, “I only do what I see My Father doing.” How do we do that? I asked the Lord that question and was told that I needed to go to the place of intercession. So I asked, “Where is that?” He said, “At My right hand, where Jesus ever lives to make intercession for you.”

I always thought that Jesus was up there praying for us, and I do believe that is part of what He prays for, but that’s not all that He prays for. Jesus sees what the Father is doing and He intercedes for that, as well. So when we come up into that place of intercession we are then able to intercede with and for what Jesus has already made intercession.

But in order to do that we have to separate ourselves from the things of this earth and get alone with Him. This is what our Lord would do when He walked on the earth with His disciples. I really want to encourage you to spend more time finding out what is on the Father’s heart and interceding for that. This is much more productive that praying for our wants and needs, besides most of what we pray for has already been promised in Matthew chapter six. Your heavenly Father already knows that you have need of these things and they are freely provided by Him. If we really believe the Word of God we can place our trust in Him. Not only will He provide what we need but He will provide it when we need it. We really can trust Him! There is much more to be said about intercession but that will do for now. Thomas

Therefore I am recommending on New Year’s Eve (at midnight), in churches and ministries all across every nation, we blow the shofar to sound the alarm and call God’s people to fast and to cry out to the Lord, that He would hear from Heaven and heal our land.

Considering the times, this will be the greatest move of God in the history of mankind. I believe, if we obey God in fasting and in praying, it will set up the final end-time harvest as His Gory covers the earth.

Share this everywhere—at Healing Rooms, churches and ministries. Share it, sound the alarm, over

the radio, T.V. and the web. The Holy Spirit will show us how to fast and what to fast. Just know, we cannot wait any longer; we must appeal to Heaven...NOW!

Call a fast for your nation as we call a fast for America.

The Leadership Summit starts in less than three months. From all the feedback we had last year, you won’t want to miss this year’s Summit. The meetings will support the growth of your local Healing Room as well as encourage you. What you receive you will be able to take home to bring encouragement and to impact your city in new ways. The BC Healing Rooms Conference held in Quesnel, BC April 14-16th "Receive, Restore, Release" was an overwhelming blessing! Teams from Strathmore, Alberta and all around BC gathered to praise Jesus in a unified sound that shook the Heavens! Testimonies of lives touched, hearts transformed by the Father's love and bodies healed continue to pour in. People were deeply moved by the tangible presence of God through the love of His people. Angela Zieske, British Colombia Provincial Director The Winnipeg Healing Rooms in Manitoba have been operating for 13 years. A major theme we have seen during these years is that the Deep, Deep Love of the Lord reaches into the hearts of the people who come for prayer and healing and brings physical and emotional healing (new life, new hope, new joy) to each one.

We have moved from a prime location in the downtown area of the city at a busy intersection where the clients would see the Healing Room sign and walk right in off the street, to a more remote location on the edge of the city. The exciting thing about this newer location of 7 years is that it is in the 24/7 House

of Prayer called “The Prayer Furnace.” The atmosphere is vibrant with the Presence of the Lord as we walk in so it is an easy place to minister in God’s Love.

There are 4 of us (prayer workers) who come with great anticipation the first and third Tuesday of every month to participate in “God’s University,” with Holy Spirit as our Professor. We never know what to expect, but the Lord has been gracious and faithful to lead us as we minister to the clients. In a recent session, a woman with 4th stage breast cancer came in. We ministered the Love of God, the Father’s Blessing and Words of Life from the Bible over her. A deep sense of conviction came upon

her and she shared a deep emotional wound that she had carried for 20 years. She repented, confessed and forgave herself. Her face lit up with JOY. She literally DANCED out of the Healing Room. We fully expect to hear her testimony of FULL healing and restoration—no more cancer. Why? Because time and again in

the Healing Rooms as clients have released unforgiveness and bitterness, the door opens wide for healing to flow. Greetings from Windsor Healing Rooms in Nova Scotia. We started the Healing Room almost 3 1/2 years ago, meeting every Monday night 6.30 to 9.00 with 4 teams that “get to” minister to between three and ten people each time. It has been an extremely rewarding experience as we have seen many healings and miracles and, as a result, spiritual growth has been exponential within the teams.

stage breast cancer, metastasized on the chest wall (this being her fourth bout) came to us in May 2015, with 17 growths across her chest and left armpit. She came back the next Monday and had just 2 small growths in her breast area. Since then she has had no other growths; and even though she went through 8 courses of chemo, has had no hair loss or no side effects. Mid March her oncologist declared her cancer free and has even sent another patient to her for help. The other was for a friend of mine who 7 years ago started having arrhythmia which required a pace maker to control. This progressed to the point that he needed an ablation (a surgical procedure to remove tissue from the body) which did not work. He came for prayer in November and when he went in January for a CT scan, the heart transplant doctor, in his report, ended with the sentence, “Is it possible that this patient has received some form of treatment elsewhere?” Yes, he had, and he was completely healed. Thank you, Jesus!!! We find that there is a real hunger for the supernatural. We can go into any town and find someone who offers reiki, wicca, readings, but cannot find people who offer healing from the hand of Jesus. Yet Jesus said you shall know My disciples because they will cast out demons and heal the sick. We are so thrilled and privileged that He has called us to be His light and hands in Windsor and the Annapolis Valley and look forward to what He has in store for us in the future. Graeme Brownlee, Director Healing Rooms Family Centre Brantford Ontario has had a busy year. We started renting our new facility September 2015. We began extensive renovations and watched as the abundant blessings just started to flow in. It was amazing how God blessed us at every turn. I remember speaking to a friend about building us a boardroom table one evening, and the next day a secretary from the lawyer’s office up the street came up to my husband, Charlie, and asked if we wanted a boardroom table from their office...a beautiful one that would have cost us close to $2,000, and then gave us chairs to go around it!

We needed a sign for the front of our building, and an artist to develop a logo representing Psalm 1. The artwork, which was beautifully done, would have cost $2,000 but cost us only $700.00, and was paid for by a donor. All the material and labor to drywall the rooms was donated by the drywall company. The 8' x 4' reception desk made out of cherry wood was donated as were the 8 big circular tables and 60 chairs. All of the labor in the building, which includes the electrical and plumbing, was donated. The list goes on. We believed, in faith, having many prayer meetings, and even one night writing the Word of God on the walls before we painted, however the enormity of how God has blessed us just blew us away. And He continues to do so...it just takes that one step out in faith, and when Gods in it, He will bless His work. That's how we look at it, we make our petitions known to Him, we say God this is your place and these are your bills, and then we rest in that. Besides the Healing Room, we also started our Kids Healing Rooms 10-week training with over 26 kids signing up. The revelation the children are receiving from Holy Spirit is incredible! We are also busy with our “Intensive Care Prayer Ministry” and we are currently offering our 5-week course The Immanuel Inner Healing.

Lastly, we are taking the prayer teams out on the streets through an Evangelism Workshop called “Takin’ It To the Streets.” We Praise Him as we see many lives touched by the Power of God. Sue and Charlie Kopczyk, Directors

CHINA

From February to May 2016, there were a total 592 people who came to the Healing Rooms. Out of these, 173 of them were newcomers from many provinces and cities, such as Chongqing, Hang Zhou, Fu Jian, Inner Mongolia, Liao Ning and more. Eight people converted to Christianity. In the first half of the year, we conducted three Healing Rooms training. One was in Kunming with about 80 people from across our nation attended. The training in He Nan, Xu Chang had about 100 people from different churches and neighboring cities in attendance. The third training was conducted in Shang Hai, in an international church; they have started to prepare themselves by ministering to one another. The three Rooms are running well and the numbers of those coming in for prayer is fairly consistent. However, the Room in Qu Jing fluctuates greatly with the number of patients, but the team is very faithful to God. We are praying for them and would ask for you to join with us. We have started a prayer house that meets every Sunday afternoon; we are praying for the protection and expansion of the healing ministry in China. We ask that you would partner with us in prayer for – God to give us more wisdom, revelation and strategies to make a sustainable expanding of Healing

Rooms Ministry in China. More protection over His people in China. More of God’s healing anointing in China. God to raise more people in healing ministry. God to work in more church leaders’ hearts so they would be open to God’s healing. The situation for Christianity is becoming more and more severe/difficult, like what happened in the 1950’s with the government and state run church. Please pray for this situation, too.

ENGLAND

This was our fifth year of attending the yearly Celebration event in Norwich. This time folks from the Norwich Healing Rooms came alongside us in their new motorhome. We prayed for over 40 folk; three became Christians and a number of folks from last year came back to see us, wanting to tell us of their increase. It was lovely to see...Thank you, Lord!!! One lad was virtually homeless when he came to us three years ago and is now doing very well for himself; he has trained as a firefighter, bought a house and is now looking for a wife...

We also made a short video that was played on loop inside the Forum building (which is also the library and BBCTV and radio.) On Sunday, at the

thanksgiving service, I was invited to speak at the Roman Catholic cathedral. Such a brilliant weekend.

Richmond, an elderly man attended the training in Kitwe, Zambia, was constantly aided by his wife when walking; we presumed that he had a problem with his legs. When the glory cloud appeared I had people lie down to soak in God’s presence. I sat next to Richmond and massaged his legs while praying for healing. After a while Richmond jumped up and when asked what the joy was all about he shouted: “I can see!!” He had been blind for years, but we thought his legs were the problem. There was nothing wrong with his legs! That is what happens when we steward God’s presence. Even when we pray the wrong prayers, God is faithful to heal!

We were walking in the grounds on a YWAM base in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, when this man was brought to us. He had one stiff leg and was yearning to play sports again. We just commanded the stiffness to leave and suddenly he started jumping for joy and giving God the glory.

This man in Togo could hardly walk, even with the aid of a crutch. He was carried into the church and placed on a chair. I just heard screaming, and saw that he was walking. I was told that the Healing Room prayer servants commanded the spirit of paralysis to leave his body and he got off his chair and walked. So awesome! In Kpamile, Togo, we did a fun exercise with a group of children, taking them to Heaven. Many of them met Jesus face to face and He spoke to

them things like: “You are special” and “I love you.” One child was shown what Heaven and hell look like. They did not want to leave the church after the exercise.

Last week a young man, an Arab from the country of Turkey came in for healing prayer. He had pain in his throat and abdomen. As the team prayed for him the pain completely left. He was so ecstatic that he asked about Jesus (he was Muslim.) The team then led him to Christ.

When I interviewed him later, I asked him what had happened in the Room. He said he had never felt like this in his life. He said, “It was like floating on air.”

Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done, On Earth As It Is In Heaven

Yesterday was another day at work in our Father’s Kingdom and His manifest Presence. My husband and I had just gotten back from a VOA conference where Heidi Baker had talked about raising people from the dead. I spoke out loud to the Lord, “I want to do that.” Little did I know that the day I came back from the conference I would have an opportunity to do just that. When I went back to work the very next day I received my opportunity to put into practice “raising the dead”!!!! Yeah, God!!!! On my way to work I listened to Steve Swanson’s CD RAW where he sings the song of healing the sick and raising the dead. When I got to work I heard a rapid knocking at my door from one of the workers. When I opened the door I saw one of the employees laid out on the floor. When I got to him he had no pulse and was not breathing, his eyes were rolled back and his jaw was clenched, his body was completely rigid, ashen blue and cold. I knew he was already dead. I knew this not only because I am a nurse and in the past worked in the ICU, but also both of my father’s sides of the family are morticians. I definitely knew the lifeless ashen blue and cold look of death. I told the workers to call 911 and to get the AED (automated external defibrillator) so I could have a moment with him alone. I wasn’t sure if we were authorized to raise the dead on government time. As they left to call 911 and get the AED, I commanded the spirit of death to leave him and commanded the Spirit of life to come back into his body in Jesus’ Name. He made a huge gasp and his chest rose off the floor as the power of God breathed life into his body. His whole body shook and he gasped for air. He started to breathe and his pulse returned. We hooked him up to the AED but he was already breathing and his pulse had returned. When the ambulance arrived they asked if there was any time when he was not breathing, etc. and once again I did not know if “raising the dead” is authorized on “work” time so I said there was a long time when he was not breathing and had no pulse but then he was revitalized!!! They took him off in the ambulance. I went back into the office with another nurse I work with, also a born again Spirit-filled Christian, and I did a happy dance as we rejoiced that God had raised him from the dead! The following morning I went to the hospital to see him in the intensive care unit. I told him how much Jesus loved him and all that had happened. I stayed with him while he ate breakfast and prayed for total restoration then left the hospital. He had been diagnosed with a massive blood clot in the middle of his heart, almost all people who have that do not come back to life, let alone live to talk about it. God is so good and is into “raising the dead!” He is the same yesterday, today and forever!! To Him Be All the Glory and Honor!! This impartation stuff really works!!! In April we took a team to Jamaica. It was so exciting to see the people hungry for the Word and anxious to see the miracles and healing that come when God moves in the Healing Rooms. We had children and old people, pastors and the unsaved come to the meetings. Bishop Malcolm, our host, spoke many more Healing Rooms into this nation! We see the excitement in the pastors as their people are anxious to learn more and go do the work of the Lord who loves to heal!

One night we heard the testimonies of what God did in the ministry time during the conference. We also heard from those who had been a part of the training from our trip to Jamaica last year. We invited three members of our Steer Town Healing Room to join us and the Director to assist in the teaching. What a blessing it is to see that Healing Room flourish this past year! July 1-3 a team will be going to Trinidad, in the Caribbean, to train them and to help them birth their Healing Room. They are excited and can hardly wait for the training. We have also received interest in Healing Rooms in Barbados. We are working with them to secure a time to provide them with training so that Healing Rooms can open on that island, too. God is on the move throughout the Caribbean. We are excited to see three new Healing Rooms established with one in the Cayman Islands and two in Jamaica.

Testimonies...If God’s done it for one, He’ll do it for you!

Spokane, WA - USA — Nicole F. – July 9, 2003 – Almost a year ago I came for 3 days and got as

much prayer for healing from Crones as I could get. I walked in with so much bondage and was really

imprisoned by my sin. Not only did I get completely healed but I was also radically changed in the last

year! I have begun moving in healing and in the prophetic. The Lord has put in my heart a burning

desire for the nations. I will be going to Brazil in August and am hoping to go to China in 2004.

I am so very grateful for the deliverance and healing I have received, I pray that the Lord will continue

to increase in this place.

April 21, 2016 (thirteen years later) – Today Nicole came to visit us to testify to the fact that she is

totally healed to this day and that God has allowed her to minister all over the world for His glory!

Spokane, WA - USA — Justin – Three years ago a pair of grandparents walked into our Healing

Rooms obviously distraught with the news that their grandson had just been born with the umbilical

cord wrapped around his neck 4 or 5 times. He was born without life and they had to resuscitate him.

The grandparents asked for prayer before they went back up to the hospital to see their beautiful new

grandchild.

The doctor’s diagnosis was glum. If the baby ‘did’ survive it might be just through the night and, if by

some ‘miracle’ he made it through the night, he would most likely have Cerebral Palsy, be deaf and

blind, mentally challenged and on a respirator. We asked if we could go up to the hospital to pray for

him.

Esther, our Healing Rooms Director, and a team member, went up to the hospital to pray over this child.

The team member asked if they had named him yet. They had not, so the parents named him Justin.

Then Esther called the child by name as she called forth his destiny.

The next morning the grandparents came in again to the Healing Rooms, this time with huge smiles on

their faces saying that Justin was responding so well that they removed him from life support; his

internal organs were functioning on their own! The physicians were more than amazed, but our God

likes to show off and He did!

This week little Justin came with his grandparents to the Healing Rooms for a visit. The report is that he

is a happy and healthy 3-year-old.

Windsor, NS - Canada — While teaching on healing, a woman came forward for prayer. She was bent

over at right angles. We asked if it was scoliosis which she confirmed, plus 35 years previously she had

2 rods inserted in her back. We prayed for her.

After about five minutes, she started to straighten up and as she came into eye contact, this small voice

said, “This is the first time in 30 years that I have been able to see someone eye to eye.” All of us just

sat there in awe of the God we serve with tears running down our faces. It is incredible to see the power

of God free a dear sister.

Africa — Mary’s husband was at home while she attended the HR training. He was blind and he could

not walk. She received prayer for him from the brand new prayer servants.

When she got home she found her husband completely healed! He could see and was walking

around!!!!!!! She came back the next day to give God the glory.

Delali had a tumor in her neck that dissolved completely while she was being prayed for. She also had

chest pains and a stomach ache, but all pain left her body.

Jacques was involved in a car accident two years ago and broke both his legs. He could not stand, jump

or dance. He came for prayer and now has not stopped jumping and dancing and he believes God has

healed him completely!

A man who had been suffering from migraines and sinusitis for years was invited to go to church for

prayer, but did not respond to the invitation. He went to bed and had a dream that he was healed. He

woke up the next morning and was healed and pain free!

A woman came for prayer for herself and her children who were sick in bed at home. She was healed

after being prayed for and she arrived home to see her children running around, 100% healed!
