Cancellation PolicyIf you are unable to attend and are forced to cancel or transfer your registration, a full refund is given for cancellations made within one week from the date you register for a conference. Cancellations/transfers made after one week from your registration date and prior to one week before the course start date are non-refundable; however, they may be credited toward a future MER registration minus a non-refundable $50 fee. The credits expire one year from the date of cancellation.

If you are unable to attend the program you registered for and/or do not notify MER by one week before the course start date, your entire registration fee will be non-refundable.
