Cancellation PolicyIf you are unable to attend and are forced to cancel or transfer your registration, a full refund is given for cancellations made within one week from the date you register for a conference. Cancellations/transfers made after one week from your registration date and prior to one week before the course start date are non-refundable; however, they may be credited toward a future MER registration minus a non-refundable $50 fee. The credits expire one year from the date of cancellation.

The most noticeable change for our attendees will be the provision of take-home flash drives containing all materials presented in the conference. In this way, we will be able to save hundreds of thousands of sheets of paper per year. MER believes that all of us should Reduce, Reuse and Recycle as much as possible.
