The New feature & Advantages
This technology substitutes crank gear with an oscillating shaft. Its high performance mechanism
eliminates the problems met with crank gear, typically the internal resistance and claiming higher
efficiency, higher power, lighter weight, least starting effort, fuel saving in idle running, and
miniature starting power source. These conditions lead to most essential requirements of an ideal
internal combustion engine and special demands that cannot meet with a conventional power
generator.
Why it is necessary to find a new mechanism
It is evident when investigating the cycle of internal combustion engine, only 40% or lesser amount of heat energy is converted in to useful work and the major part of energy is dissipated as losses. Since the ideal power requirement is
in rotary manner, the linear motion has to convert to rotary motion, and it is far from ideal
requirement. The performance of the reciprocating piston engine is limited due to its
inherent characteristics of the crank gear.

How it works
A typical construction of this internal combustion engine development consists two banks of
cylinders arranged side by side. The pistons are connected with straight piston rods, having a pin on its' stem to engage inside a groove provided at
mechanical linkage. The mechanical linkage is a rigid rod in which the central point is fixed to
oscillating shaft. The drive force of the piston is transmitted from piston rod to oscillating shaft
through mechanical linkage.

Advantages of Oscillator Engine
• Oscillator Engine is minimizing internal
resistance to boost power and
efficiency. It defines a technology to
save fuel by more than 40%, confirming
with results. The idea of creating
oscillator engine is to find a method of
transfer gas pressure force into driving
force virtually without any loss
Advantages of Oscillator Engine
This engine helps in many folds to improve the efficiency and power.:
• It has an excellent fuel economy and a far better power to weight ratio. It generates 1.55 times higher power than the conventional engine.
• It is much smaller, with considerably reduced height and weight, it can produce at lower cost.
• Under idle running conditions the engine require a negligible power to keep the engine running.
• Oscillator engine has a long service life. The pistons are movable inside the working barrel without exerting lateral thrust on walls of working barrel, so that friction on walls will be minimum.
• The compact design features reduce the engine weight.
• Distinctively the storage battery power requirement to start the engine is minimum, reducing the battery weight.
Liquid and gaseous fuel reserves are not available in exodus in nature and they are
diminishing. Although we can find alternative energy solutions we cannot produce liquid or
gaseous fuel to run automobiles.
The development of Internal combustion engine with Oscillating shaft will continue until
a suitable entrepreneur is met.
