designed to ensure that all of the requirements of
a specific element are examined during the
course of the audit.
The Audit Checklist
The Auditor may ask additional questions based
on observations made during the audit.
The Auditor records observations in the space
provided

The Auditor assigns a Pass or Fail for the
question based on the objective evidence
Corrective Action
A Non Conformance Report must be raised for
each question assigned a Fail
