The Health Club Scenario is set in the year 2020. This is an adaptive re-use project of a Shopping Mall for other purposes for wealthy investors.

The firm For which we are working has been hired to convert a portion of the shopping mall into a holistic retreat.

The retreat is compromised of a number of businesses , each inde-pendently owned but carefully selected to complement eachother-and provide a complete retreat experience. Clients spend their vacation to ‘re-tool and re-fuel’ the rigorous pace of careers in 2020.
