    Interface Urban Retreat Instagram Photo Contest

    Official Rules

    The following Contest is intended for play in the United States and Canada only, and shall only

    be construed and evaluated according to U.S. and Canadian law. Do not enter this Contest ifyou are not located in the U.S. or Canada at the time of entry.

    SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Contest is sponsored by InterfaceFLOR, LLC, 1503Orchard Hill Road, LaGrange, GA 30240 (the Sponsor), and administered by AllianceSweepstakes Services, Inc., 620 Park Avenue, # 332, Rochester, NY 14607 (theAdministrator).

    The Interface Urban Retreat Photo Contest (Contest) is open to all legal residents of the fifty(50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, who are the age of majority in his/herstate (or province) of residence at the time of entry. Void in Quebec. Employees and their

    immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members of the Sponsor,the Administrator, 5Loom, IMRE, and Instagram, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries,affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and Contest agencies and any otherpersons or entities associated with this Contest (collectively, Released Parties) are ineligible toenter or win. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules (asdefined below) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize incontingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set forth herein (Official Rules). Void whereprohibited by law.

    TIMING: The Contest will be defined by the two (2) following time periods:

    1. The Submission Period (Submission Period) - 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern DaylightTime (EDT) on September 4, 2012 through 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 25,2012.

    2. The Judging Period (Judging Period) - 12:00:01 a.m. EDT on September 26, 2012through 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 3, 2012.

    HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Entrants can enter the Contest during the Submission Period byfollowing the Sponsor on Instagram and submitting a photo relevant to the Contest Theme,urban retreat (the Theme). All photo submissions must include the hashtag,#interfaceurbanretreat. Submission of a Theme-applicable photo (with the proper hashtag) is amandatory part of entry. The Contest registration will require each participant to provide their

    full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address. Each properly completedand received Contest Entry form and photo submission (the Entry) will receive one (1) Entryinto the Contest. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. Anyviolation or attempt to violate this restriction may cause Sponsor to disqualify all of such

    persons eligible entries. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September

    25, 2012, in order to be eligible.

    ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS: The Entrant is responsiblefor all costs associated with the Entry. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrectinformation, will be voided. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof ofreceipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits more thanmaximum allowed entries. By participating in this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these

    Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relatingto the Contest. By entering this Contest, Entrants agree that each Entry becomes the property ofSponsor and that the Sponsor may use the Entry for any proper promotional purpose. Anypersonally identifiable information collected during an Entrant's participation in this Contest willbe collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, their respective affiliates, agents and marketers forpurposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these OfficialRules. If a submitted Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the Entrantand/or are subject to the rights of third parties, the Entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior tosubmission, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of theEntry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules, including, without limitation,name and likeness releases for any person who mentioned within the Entry (collectively, the

    Clearances). By submitting a completed Entry, the Entrant warrants and represents that he orshe consents to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest, and to its posting on theInternet in connection with the Contest.

    Entries may not contain any of the following: i) Materials which include or constitutetrademarks, trade names or copyrighted works created or owned by any person or entity otherthan Entrant or for which the Entrant has not obtained owners permission to use; ii) Materialswhich contain profanities, or bearing the name or likeness of any celebrity, living or dead; iii)Materials which contain visible phone numbers, website links, street addresses, e-mail addressesor license plate numbers; iv) Materials which contain behavior inappropriate for a generalaudience; v) Materials which contain nudity or any depiction of real or simulated sexual acts; vi)

    Materials which contain extensive or gratuitous violence; vii) Materials which violate anyonesprivacy rights, violate any confidentiality or employment agreement, or which are defamatory;viii) Materials which are derogatory to Sponsor, or any affiliated entity or person; ix) Materialswhich are discriminatory based on race, religion, national origin, physical disability, age, sex, orsexual orientation or preference; x) Materials in which any person identifiably appears where noappropriate written release has been obtained from such person granting all rights requiredherein; xi) Materials which do not comport with the Entry requirements. Entries which do notconform to these guidelines will be disqualified. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole andunfettered discretion, to verify at any time during the Contest that all necessary Clearances havebeen obtained and to disqualify and remove any Entry if it believes that the necessary Clearanceshave not been obtained.

    WINNER DETERMINATION: During the Judging Period, each Entry will be reviewed by aqualified judge or panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor. Each Entry will be judged based onthe clear relationship between the submission and the following criteria: Creativity of the photo(50%) and overall relevance to Theme (50%). The four (4) entries that receive the highestscore/grade based on the judges sole discretion will each be considered Grand Prize winners.All decisions of the Sponsor (and appointed judge(s)) are final and binding. The Grand Prize

    winners will be announced by the Sponsor on or about October 5, 2012. Each Grand Prizewinner will be notified via email and or USPS mail.

    PRIZES & PRIZE CONDITIONS: There will be four (4) Grand Prizes awarded following theJudging Period. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a Polaroid Z2300 Instant Digital Camera.

    Each Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $160. Total Prize Pool - $640.No transfer of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion tosubstitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that theaforementioned prize is not available. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS MAY BE SUBJECTTO FURTHER VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOS DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND

    BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. If a prize or prizenotification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winnercannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if apotential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall bedisqualified and an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue. All local, state andfederal taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winners.

    GENERAL: By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, the Grand Prize winners grant to theSponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant tothe authority of Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsors request), theright to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at anytime a winners full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and/or biographical information foradvertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration,and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASEDPARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANYKIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN

    THIS CONTEST OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANYHARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THEPRIZES. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its respectiveparents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Contest agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers,Prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agentsfrom any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property ASWELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/ORINVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Contest or its relatedactivities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from theacceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect orinaccurate Entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programmingassociated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error, which may occurin the processing of the Contest entries. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailablenetwork server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computertransmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone,electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures ordifficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human,mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any persons computer related to participating inthe Contest. Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant's participation in

    this Contest will be collected by Sponsor and used by, its respective parents, its affiliates, agentsand marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Contest and formarketing purposes as described in these Official Rules.

    CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR

    UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OFCRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THESPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROMANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENTPERMITTED BY LAW.

    Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Contest, andrandomly award the Prize from among all eligible entries received as of such date should fraud,virus, bugs or other causes beyond the Sponsors control corrupt the administration, fairness,proper play or security of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, todisqualify any individual (and all of his/her Contest entries) who tampers with the Entry process.

    This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Theinterpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Georgia. Any and alldisputes will be individually resolved, without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts inthe Georgia exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Georgia. Should there be a conflictbetween the laws of the Georgia and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of thelaws of the Georgia. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winneracknowledges that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for anywarranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.

    USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data from Entrants online, in accordancewith its Privacy Policy. Please review the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at the following link:

By entering the Contest andproviding various forms of personal contact information, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsorscollection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read andaccepted Sponsors Privacy Policy.
