levitate. The house can only rise about three centimetres off of the ground, but experts say that this could be a life-saving mechanism.
• As soon as the base of the structure sensors movement underneath it, it springs into motion and hovers. This is believed to save countless lives in the future, as the devastating effects of earthquakes will reduce significantly.

Brass doorknobs disinfect themselves
