Looks like the signal from the set top box is weak everyday at 10:30 AM. Is there something occurring regularly at that time, like neighborhood line repairs?

A possible cause of signal strength loss can also be a shared Wi-Fi channel from:• Cordless or cell phones• A nearby Wi-Fi unit

If this did not fix the problem, run the Wi-Fi Troubleshoot and Repair Tool.
