Advices for ISN/DIN Teacher Beginners
Be sure that you understand why you are using an isn and that you are doing it for the right
reasons:
1. Provide your students a good resource to use/reuse their notes as a reference guide.
2. Present your lessons in a clear and organized way to reach multiple learning styles.
3. Understand what students are thinking according to their level of comprehension.
Spend time planning a routine related to the topic you are teaching.
Don’t expect perfection, but look for connections in the learning process.
Spend time teaching students how to use their ISN or DIN. MODEL IT!
