Inter Level Tennis Tournament

Competition ScheduleThe players will play on a round of 32 formats (Round 1, 2, Quarterfinal, Semi-finals and Finals.)Game starts at 10:00am and an hour thereafter. Last game is at 8:00pm. Simultaneous games will be held on both courts (Boys in Court 1 and Girls in Court 2). Please see proposed schedule below:

Qualifications of Participation

1. Open to any full time student of Dalta University (Freshman to Senior)

2. Must be Level 3 in skill level and above.

3. Must clear doctors exams for eligibility to play

4. Must be able to commit to full 2 weeks of competition.

Methods of Competition

There will be a draw of round 32. Competition starting with Round 1 and the player that advances move to Round 2 then Quarterfinal next and the advancing player goes to play in the Semi-finals and the last 2 players get to play in the Finals for the championship.The method also applies to both the Boys and Girls division.

Registration Procedure

Each interested student gets to audition and have their skill level assessed to be categorized to Levels 1, 2 and 3. Once skill level is assessed, players are then paired up according to their skill level. They are then registered to enter into the main draw. The draw is then finalized and schedule is then made and released.

Protest

The player can challenge a call by the linesmen however the decision of the umpire is final. Any other protests should be submitted to the committee and the committees decision is final. All protests can only be submitted after the game with a letter attached.

Organizing Committee

The organizing committee will be composed of members from each level (senior, junior, sophomore and freshman), The officials (umpire and linesmen) as well will be comprised of volunteers from all levels whereas the ball kids will be volunteers from high school There will be a series of briefings before the tournament starts and actual rehearsal and familiarization of the court proceedings a week before the tournament starts.
