Introduction

GSI was established in response to the increasing

demand for quality structural steel buildings. Since

opening in 2005, GSI continually succeed in developing

its experience, equipment and infrastructure to be

one of the top steel work, fabrication and installation

companies in the region.

From concept improvement, design, detailing,

fabrication, refabrication, erection through to hand

over, GSI attract and retain a large number of blue chip

clients. Today the company prides itself by providing

fully integrated manufacturing and installation services

for a full range of construction projects and clients.

Services to the construction industry include design,

fabrication and installation of structural steel works.

GSI has been awarded the first position in the STRUCAD International Design & Drawings Competition 2006-2007.

At the end of 2008 GSI was awarded Silver Steel Award at the TEKLA Model competition.

GSI’s manufacturing facilities cover an area of over 269,000 square feet that houses the fabrication, painting and storage of finished products.

It is capable of delivering high quality structural steel materials through its capacity of 30,000 metric tonnes per year.

Our plant is equipped with the latest machines to ensure the controlled quality output of products with the highest level of precision and accuracy. our machines are skillfully operated by qualified and experienced personnel.

Our factory at Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah is equipped to give quality engineering and fabrication services to clients in the UAE / Gulf and Middle East areas.

and detailing of structural steel buildings.

GSI provides its clients with the most competitive designs and the highest

quality drawings. This ensures that each design conforms to the client / project

requirement and is in accordance with the relevant design codes and regulatory

GSI uses a blend of the latest 3D modelling software and traditional engineering

drawings when creating both structural steel designs and connection designs.

. Fabrication & Welding GSI’s structural steel fabricators and welders provide a comprehensive range

of skills with a high standard of service. They work closely with Production

engineers to bring work to professional and international standards such as BS,

ASTM and AWS codes for standard practice steel building construction.

. Surface preparation GSI is implementing automatic and manual blasting technologies to achieve

quality to SSPC and ISO 8501-1 standards, with particular attention given to

achieve HSEQ requirements.
