Residential Puff Back. The source of the oily soot is a fuel oil

furnace puff back. All surfaces throughout the home were coated. Cleaning required extensive use of

appropriate alkaline cleaner / degreasers.

After detail cleaning the entire home was painted. Better than before for this

home in Mantua, Ohio.

Residential Fire Design/Build Restoration involved an

1800’s post and beam home in Dover, Ohio. Brought in as a consultant, Integrated Restoration was ultimately

hired by the homeowner who was pleased with the design alterations replacing an attic with two bedrooms

and a bath.

Residential Fire Restoration involved a whole home interior gut and

rebuild. This is the kitchen before and after.

Commercial Multi Tenant Apartment and Pub Fire

restoration included 12 apartment units and a Restaurant – Lounge.

Page 7: Integrated Smoke & Fire 2012

This particular unit’s repair included a layout redesign, yielding additional

rental dollars for the owner.

This is one of the gutted kitchen units. Cabinet and counter space were added

along with a microwave for contemporary look and function.

Employing Odor Control Technology; surfactants, pairing agents and

Hydroxyl technology, the common hall smoke and fire damage was immediately

deodorized, cleaned and sealed.

Page 10: Integrated Smoke & Fire 2012

Temporary doors were installed on two occupied floors. This isolated the

devastated units beyond...

from the occupied units that required only general cleaning and painting.

Page 12: Integrated Smoke & Fire 2012

The tenants could remain in their units while the halls were finished and the

heavily damaged units were completely restored. This enabled the owner to

maintain his tenant base.

The immediate cleaning of the lounge, Integrated Restoration’s installation of a Hydroxyl Generator, HEPA air scrubber, Dehumidifier and high CFM air movers enabled the lounge to be cleaned, dried out, and remain open for the St Patrick’s Day business.

Structural repairs, ceiling replacement, cleaning and painting were completed

in three weeks. Integrated Restoration’s processes and efficiency

saved the owner downtime and the carrier significant exposure in ALE

expense.

Industrial Plant Fire resulted in the total destruction of one portion of the facility housing high tech

CNC equipment. A second building required major restoration.

Page 17: Integrated Smoke & Fire 2012

Called out for Emergency services, Integrated Restoration provided

temporary power, heat, and lighting. We immediately instituted a necessary structural dry out. We also installed a temporary security door separating the

two affected structures.

The Integrated Restoration project entailed the demo and complete rebuild

of the North Building of the manufacturing complex from footers

up.

Page 19: Integrated Smoke & Fire 2012

The reconstruction entailed shot blasting the existing concrete floors as prep for the restoration of the epoxy

floor coating that was in both damaged structures.

From the manufacturer of the new building siding, we received the

material and color match. The paint was matched and applied to the

remaining structure. At project’s culmination, the entire “new”

manufacturing facility was uniform in color and profile.

Concurrent with the North building demo and rebuild, Integrated

Restoration crews were restoring the South building shop and management

offices.

After rebuild, cleaning, prime and painting, mechanicals were brought up to code. Machinery was installed. The manufacturing company was back up

and running in their new facility.
