System Requirements Software needed:

• Winzip - You can download this from the Winzip Web site @ http://www.winzip.com

RAM: Minimum 32 MB RAM. Operating Systems:

• Microsoft® Windows 2000/XP • Mac OS® 8/9 (You can install InteGrade Pro in the Classic mode on Mac OS®

X.) Environment:

• Macintosh® Runtime for Java (MRJ 2.2) for Mac OS 8.6 to 9.2.2. You can download this from the Web site of Apple Computer, Inc.

1) Open your web browser by double clicking on the icon labeled Internet Explorer or any other web browsing software that may be installed.

2) In the address bar type in http://www.srsd.net

3) Click on the link labeled Technology

4) You will now be at the Technology Department Web Page. Click on the link labeled InteGrade Information.

5) You will now see the download links for the InteGrade Software. Click on the link labeled Download InteGrade.

6) A dialog box will appear asking you to either Save or Run the software. Click

on Save.

7) A dialog box will appear asking you where to save the file. By default the file will save to the desktop. Click on the Save button.

1) Once the file is finished downloading, click on the Run button to begin the

file extraction.

2) The dialog box below will appear if your in Windows® XP SP2 and click on Run once again.

3) Another dialog box will appear. Click on OK.

4) The dialog box below will appear. Click on Unzip.

5) Finally, click on OK. All of the files have been extracted.

6) Now you will need to browse to C:\Integrade. To do this double click on the icon labeled My Computer located on your desktop.

7) A dialog box will appear, showing all of your hard drives. Double click on the icon labeled Local Disk (C:).

8) Find the folder labeled Integrade and double click on it.

9) Finally, double click on the folder labeled IGPRO.

10) You will now see all the contents of the folder. Double Click on the icon labeled Install InteGrade Pro to begin the installation.

11) The installation file will now open. Click on Next.

12) Click Next again.

13) Click Next again.

14) Click Next again.

15) Click OK.

16) We will now need to type in the activation code into the dialog box below.

You will find the activation code in the IGPRO folder. After the code has been entered click Install.

17) InteGrade® Pro is now installed. Please go to the section on how to Access InteGrade.

Accessing InteGrade®

1) Double click the icon labeled InteGrade Pro which is located on your desktop.

2) Select Yes if it is not all ready selected and then click Continue.

3) Select Open a gradebook on a server if it is not all ready selected and then click OK.

4) Click OK.

5) Enter the information below and click Add.

6) Click on the icon labeled Southern Regional School District to log into your gradebook.
