True Union Flow MetersTF Series Paddlewheel Flow Meters provide high ease of installation, accuracy and corrosion resistance, ideal for thermoplastic piping systems. With true union end connections, the TF Series are designed for corrosive applications while providing virtually no pressure drop. Additionally, all TF Series models feature an oversized, easy to read LED color display. Available in PVC and PP materials in sizes 1/2˝ – 2˝ with socket or threaded ends, and in 3˝ and 4˝ with flanged ends. All sizes feature a pressure rating of 150 PSI at 70°F non-shock.

Corrosion Resistant Insertion Paddlewheel Flow MetersThe TFD and TFT Series Insertion Paddlewheel Flow Meters provide the highest performance and accuracy, while fully corrosion resistant and durable. The TFD Series incorporates an industry first digital LED display for easy monitoring with a built-in totalizer and alarm. The TFT Series features either a direct cable connection or a DIN connector. Both models are all thermoplastic construction using high performance materials. The TFD and TFT are ideal for a wide range of applications including water & wastewater treatment, chemical processing & handling and aquatic systems.

Next Generation Thermoplastic Digital and Analog GaugesHayward’s line of pressure gauge guards now include a complete range of thermoplastic gauges with both digital and analog displays. The GD Series feature a digital LED display and alarm, making it ideal for use with Hayward bag filters and strainers for monitoring your systems change outs. The industry first double-sided gauge and isolator, the GDS Series allows for easy monitoring in tight spots. With one-piece thermoplastic housing, environmental corrosion is no longer an issue.

Corrosion Resistant Surge SuppressorThe new PS Series Suppressor/Pulsation Dampener is built tough and designed to operate flawlessly in the most demanding of industrial environments. The PS Series offers a new air feed/bleed technology that is self-adaptive, constantly adjusting spacing to the changing environment found within a pressurized piping system. Designed to minimize harmful hydraulic shocks caused by volumetric diaphragm pumps, water hammer and metering pumps. The PS Series is maintenance free with an active diaphragm-plunger that requires no preloading or tuning. A perfect compliment to Hayward’s industry-leading thermoplastic valves in water treatment systems.
