Registering your organisation on Sedex

Follow the instructions below:
• Visit our website at www.sedexglobal.com
• Select your language.
• Click on Join
• Click on “Registration form”

Once you submit your details, you will receive an email with instructions to proceed.
Please check your inbox.
• You will receive similar email, click on the link in the email to proceed.
• You will be required to add full name and password for your account

Once logged in, you will be guided straight to the Payments page
Alternatively, in your account, go
to “Company” > “my company”
on the tool bar > Payments
Fill in all details, click on “Calculate” and then “Pay Now”

• If you select Credit/Debit Card the system will take you to WorldPay the secure payment hub.
• The status of your payment will be shown in your account.

Click on the Create New Site
Fill in the Site Details, including site function and product information.

3We define SITE OF EMPLOYMENT as a Office /
warehouse / factory owned by your
company.
Sedex rules define Sites of Employment as:
‘physical sites where goods are grown,
manufactured or assembled or, in the case
of services, physical sites where significant
labour are provided’.
Site Function
Select the appropriate site function for your site. You may select more than one if you business require to do so.
Product Area
Type in your product or service and click on “Search”.
You can select more than 1 product or service for a site.

Initiate a Relationship

you want to link to, choose if this is
your customer or supplier and if the
trading relationship is direct or indirect

Go to Company > mycompany and scroll to thebottom for your sites’ listpage
Click on the button “SiteSAQ” in the Actioncolumn for the relevantsite
Click on “Edit” to start withany of the sections / SAQpillars
TIP: To select multiple answers from a drop down menu, press the“Ctrl” button on your keyboard and click on the applicable answers.
