Instructions for rear Rhino Dust Guard Mounted on J Strong Rhino Top with lights

Parts List:

1 Rear clear view panel 1 Plastic mount x 36”10 7 7/16th screws 4 yards Velcro Tools Needed: 1- Phillips screw driver

Installation Instructions:

Step 1:From rear of Rhino, test fit rear dust guard by aligning protective patches with seat belt brackets.(see fig 1)

Step 2:Attach plastic mounting strip to top with 10 7/16th screws provided. (see fig 2)

Step 3:Before supplied Velcro can be installed you must clean down the corresponding roll bars with supplied alcohol cleaning pads.

Step 4:Install supplied Velcro on each side of the rear roll cage bars to corresponding Velcro mate on dust cover.

Step 5 Lube plastic mounting strip with dishwashing liquid or soap and slide rear panel thru strip.Step 6:Fasten Velcro straps on each side. (fig 3)

Step 7:Attach dust guard to installed adhesive backed Velcro on the rear roll cage bars.Step 8: Install additional Velcro as needed across the bottom of the rear panel.

Note: Rear dust guard will fasten directly to JStrong Industries top without use of adhesive backed Velcro across top section. *Remove rear dust guard completely prior to transporting on highways were speeds may exceed 55 mph *Your new rear dust guard is mad of the highest quality clear plastic. It will, however; scratch if not handled correctly *Use Mild soap and water only to clean all surfaces.
