बके्स और बुलबुले में वििरण भरने के वलए काले या नीले बॉल प्वाइंट पेन का उपयोग करें

बके्स और बुलबुले में सभी वििरण ध्यान से भरें। बुलबुले को पूरी तरह से गहरा करें। एक वटक माकक या एक क्रॉस माकक न रखें जहााँ यह वनवदकष्ट वकया जाता है वक

आपको बुलबुले पूरी तरह से भरने हैं। आधे-भरे या अवधक भरे हुए बुलबुले सॉफ्टिेयर द्वारा नही ंपढे जाएंगे

ओएमआर शीट पर बे्लड, द्रि / इरेज़र और स्टिकर का उपयोग न करें

कृपया ब्लॉक अक्षरो ंमें वलखें और एक बॉक्स में एक िररत्र वलखें

सू्कल ररकॉडक के अनुसार अपना नाम वलखें (पहले नाम, मध्य नाम और अंवतम नाम के बीि का स्थान छोडें)

उस बॉक्स में सू्कल का नाम वलखें वजसमें आपने प्रिेश के वलए आिेदन वकया था

6 बॉक्स परीक्षार्थी रोल नंबर भरने के वलए वदए गए हैं, परीक्षार्थी रोल नंबर भरें । रोल नंबर और अंधेरे विंता बुलबुले के बॉक्स में।

परीक्षा कें द्र कोड भरने के लिए 4 बके्स लिए गए हैं, एक्जाम सेंटर कोड के बॉक्स में परीक्षा कें द्र कोड भरें

1 बॉक्स प्रश्न पत्र सेट भरने के वलए वदया जाता है, प्रश्न पत्र सेट और डाकक विंता बुलबुला भरें।

कृपया सुवनवित करें वक सभी वििरण ओएमआर शीट पर सही और तीव्र रूप से भरे गए हैं

Use black or blue ball point pen to fill the details in the boxes and bubbles.

Fill all details in the boxes and dark bubbles carefully. Darken the bubbles completely. Don't put a tick mark or a cross mark where it is specified that you have to fill the bubbles completely. Half-filled or over-filled bubbles will not be read by the software

Don’t use blade, fluid/Eraser and stickers on the OMR sheet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MARKING ON OMR ANSWER SHEET Do not fold the Answer Sheet and do not make any stray marks on this Sheet.

Fill the bubbles completely. Half-filled or over-filled bubbles will not be readable in scanning.

Never use pencils to mark your answers as they might not get recognized by the scanner.

Please write in Block letters and write one character in a box.

Write your name as per School Records (Leave Space between First Name, Middle Name and Last Name)

Write school name in the box in which you had you applied for admission.

6 boxes are given for filling candidate roll no., fill candidate roll no. in the box of Roll No. and dark concern

bubbles.

4 boxes are given for filling exam center code, fill exam center code in the box of EXAM CENTER CODE and dark concern bubbles.

1 box is given for filling question paper set, fill question paper set & dark concern bubble.

Please ensure that all details are filled correctly and sharply on OMR Sheet.
