IPC|MEDIA (recently changed to Time Inc.) is part of the conglomerate ‘Time Warner’, which produces ‘NME’, the music magazine. Behind the Walt Disney Company and Comcast, Time Warner, formed on 1990, is the third largest entertainment conglomerate in New York City. Spin Media, on the other hand, is a corporation, which produces the magazine ‘Vibe’. Apart from magazines, they own music websites in the pop genre. Spin Media was originated by a blog that was created by Batt and Brown in 1999. In 2013 came the music magazine, ‘Vibe’ which was a big success for the corporation.

and Spin Media. Below, is a bigger business line but still not as big as it the business line really is with Time Warner, as it is such a huge company.
