between EAC & 5 Development Partners + 1 Objective = promote sustainable
development in LVB Establish a Fund = Partnership Fund Contribution to the Fund USD 10 Million
(main contributor the Government of Sweden + Sweden)
The agreement provides a platform to Development Partners + policy/decision makers (PCC) – enshrined in the Protocol for LVB

EAC National Focal Point Ministries – liaison
between LVBC and Partner States Ministries responsible for EAC affairs –
policy issues Financed by Partners States Facilitate meeting of the Sectoral/Council of
