Dr. Ramphul Ohlan has worked as Head, Department of Economics, Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh, Haryana, India. He has a Ph.D. in Economics

from Department of Economics, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India. He has successfully completed six post-doctoral research projects sponsored by national

funding agencies. He has also been awarded three times Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Fellowship by Radhakrishnan Foundation, Maharshi Dayanand
