The gamut of teaching methods at MIM Pathanamthitta includes optimization of diagnostic testing, problem solving and decision making techniques. Every student begins his managerial education at MIM Pathanamthitta with a two-week foundation course, which is an orientation to the realities and challenges in the world of business. What follows is a plunge into the concepts drawn from priceless experience in an interac-tive classroom setting. It is rounded off by participant driven case analysis.
Apart from the classrooms, learning happens at MIM by panel discussions, forums, weekend projects, guest lectures and con-tinuous interaction with other B-Schools, so that, students are well prepared to take up the challenges that the dynamic global business environment today provides.

MANAGEMENT CLUBSMIM has formed specialized clubs to provide live and concurrent platform for aspiring management students.
HR Club:IMPRESSARIO brings together students, help them develop interpersonal skills needed in the corporate world. Encourages them to meet professionals who work in the field of Human Resources Management. The club promotes the active participation of the students. The HR students take the lead in arranging the events. This enables in developing the students to plan and arrange for the events successfully. The club activities are organized in a regular basis to promote the team spirit and implement the HR concepts practically.
Marketing Club:MERCADO aims to facilitate an all-round development of the students in the field of marketing and keep them abreast with the latest happenings. Initiatives are taken by the club ranging from knowledge sharing sessions to guest lectures by industry experts. The topics of discussion cover the length and breadth of marketing from the basics to the emerging trends.
Finance Club:KANISHKA aims to keep abreast with the current developments in the field of finance and focuses on research in areas such as financial markets, instruments, regulations, etc.Initiatives are taken by the club ranging from knowledge sharing sessions to guest lectures by industry experts.
EDP club:Entrepreneurship has emerged as the most potent economic force the world has ever experienced. Therefore, EDP club at MIM aims at improving the entrepreneurial orientation among MBA students. The club is also focusing on the social entrepreneurial orientation in MBA students. EDP club is involved in different activities like entrepreneurial skill development, women empowerment activities, seminars on successful entrepreneurs, visits to SMEs, and students also enjoy entrepreneurial simulation games here.
Social club:Bringing out socially responsible managers has become very relevant in modern business era. To carve out social citizens MIM social club undertake various outreach programs like MIM care, MIM horizon, awareness programs on health, road safety, financial inclusion etc to name a few.

I’m so fortunate to say that I’m an alumni of MIM.I did my Btech from Musaliar College of Engineering & Technology and MBA from Musaliar Institute of Management.Since the first moment I came to MIM I was met with energy and enthusiasm.The campus is located on nature’s lap away from the rush of city.The best thing about my College is that we are like a family.Teachers are always supportive and find their best to push the students beyond their perceived restrictions.classes are exam oriented and basic exam techniques were taught.In-case of any difficulty we could easily approach our teachers.In this highly competitive world exposure to practical experience is very critical & MIM does this part perfectly.Industrial visits,job oriented training sessions,corporate talks,management fests etc give MIM a unique place among the B-schools in India.Being surrounded by motivated & like-minded friends helped me to work harder& achieve what I wanted to achieve.We do keep in touch and still remember the good times at MIM.Last but not the least we have an excellent library which helped us to open up the windows to the world of creativity and inexhaustible source of knowledge.MIM gave me an opportunity to be creative,resourceful and proactive.i could work on a cross-functional and cross-cultural dimensions in today’s global business environment.I really believe it is a privilege to come to this college & I’m so glad that I made the right decision.

My overall experience with MIM is very positive and memorable. The experience is structured in a way that it gave me more freedom and control over what I have to do. MIM polished my thought process, behavior and attitude towards the world outside and moulded me what I am today. Approachable faculty members, supportive management, green campus and a bunch of vibrant friends are keen parts I liked most in MIM. I got opportunity to become part of various academic and socially relevant programs which gave me great exposure and lot of infotainment.
