Normal Conditions:1. The Developer should have, to his credit a nurumum of 2 to 3 websites of

Institutions/Organisations/Companies developed and running successfully at present(kindly give references).

2. The Developer has to specify clearly the various softwares which will be used for developing3. The developer should develop 2 to 3 models of website first for final approval and upon

approval only the full website can be developed.4. The maximum timeline for developing and deployment of the website may be 30 days.5. The developer has to provide maintenance and assistance for one year after successful

deployment of the website6. Proper and full Training has to be provided for concerned ISEC Staff on operational and other

aspects.
