Oracle tools installation window will appear select ORACLE FORMS DEVELOPER then OK. Installation Option select CUSTOM 3. The below window will appear select the highlighted ones as the below window!

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES FOR DEVELOPER 6i AND PATCH 12.

1. Open the installation CD and double click SETUP.exe the below window will appear fill in the required information as below screen shot shows: when done click OK to continue.

2. Oracle tools installation window will appear select ORACLE FORMS DEVELOPER then OK. Installation Option select CUSTOM

3. The below window will appear select the highlighted ones as the below window!

4. Repeat Step 2 – Note instead of selecting ORACLE FORMS DEVELOPER select ORACLE REPORT DEVELOPER and select as it is shown in the below screenshot below

5. Install PATCH 12 double click on the Setup.exe the oracle installation setting will appear, Click Ok >>then on installation option select TYPICAL . good to go!
