reference to the letter

Engr. Ariel Bantayan, Fishing

Operation

Manager

Retl

Renn Fishing

Corporation

requesting for installation

of

removable/mobile

conveyor

at

harbor

quay

side

of

Market Hall 2.

As

per

conversation

with

the

OIC-PMD,

Engr. Pedrola

and Chief-HOD,

Mr.

Francisco, we

agreed that the

above

request shall be considered

provided

that

it

must not hamper

the market

and

harbor

daily

operations.

Further,

the undersigned

discussed the above-stated agreement to

Engr.

Bantayan

and he said that they will

abide

with

all the

rules

and regulations that will

be

impose

by

the

PFDA-GSFPC Management

as

long

as

the

said request shall

be

granted.

in view

thereof,

the

undersigned

recommend that

the

said

request

be

approved taking into consideration

that

the

Lessee

(Rell

& Renn Fishing

Corporation) shall

agree/conform

with

the following

conditions

to

wit;

1. Rell

&

Renn Fishing

Corporation

shall

be

responsible for

all

expenses

that

will

be

incurred

for the installation

of

the removable/mobile conveyor;

2.

PFDA-GSFPC

shall

implement

a

FIXED TIME

of

5:00p,m

to

9:00p.m

determined

by

the Market in-charge for the

use of

the removable

conveyor

to

ensure continuous/smooth market and

harbor

daily operations;

3.

Rell

&

Renn

Fishing Corporation

shall remove the conveyor every after

9:00p.m. and

reinstall the same every 5:00p.m.;

4.

Rell

&

Renn Fishing

Corporation

shall

implement safety

procedures

during

the operation

of

the

removable/mobile

conveyor

for the

protection

of

the

general public;

incidents

resulting

from

the

installation

and

operation of the removable/mobile

conveyor;

PFDA-GSFPC

has

all

the

right

to

cease

the

operation

of

removable/mobile

conveyor

anytime

found/determined

hampering

the

market

and

harbor

operations and/or

unsafe

to

the

general

public;

7.

Violation

of

the

rules

and

regulations

of

PFDA-GSFPC

shall mean

cancellation

of this

agreement.
