Installation Instructions PFACV2 Picture Frame Adaptor / Decorative Cover For fitting the Unity CV2GIP to either 150mm or 100mm duct openings To convert a 150mm hole to 100mm or ‘make good’ installations when replacing an existing square 100mm fan. Ensure the orientation of the PFACV2 has been considered before completing the next stage. With foam seal facing the wall fix PFACV2 (using outer fixing points) with supplied four ‘long screws’ and rawl plugs. For wall installations ensure the wiring notch in the PFACV2 faces uppermost and to the right-hand side. Cover outer fixing points by clipping in the screw caps. Pass electric supply cable through the PFACV2 and fan body and offer fan into the opening. Ensure the wiring notch in the decorative cover faces uppermost and to the right-hand side. This will ensure the IPX4 of the product. Carefully close electronics cover with outer rubber seal edges correctly positioned into the fan body. Fully tighten fixing screws until locked, attach outer front cover. Fix fan and decorative cover with the four ‘short screws’ provided within the loose item set and level off. Wire the fan (see installation instructions supplied with the Unity CV2GIP). 1 Safely isolate old fan from electrical supply, remove and discard responsibly.
