Introduction

XBRL stands on eXtensible Business Reporting Language which completely follows XML standard. This approach contains enough potential to play a vital role in the generation and use of financial information. XBRL brings flexible solutions for financial information interchange among different computer platforms, XBRL Software applications, and accounting standards. The major advantage to opting XBRL is to make transparent continuous auditing possible. Solely the efficiency of the whole Information supply chain is considerably embellished. You may know but i would like to mention that XBRL has derived by XML so this scheme allows benefit of the 'tag' notion which associates contextual information with data points in financial statements.

System Recommended Requirements

To successfully install and run Zen EXBace software, your system must meet the Recommended Requirements described in the section.

Hardware

Intel Core 2 Due 2.24 GHz Processer or 2GB Hard Disk Device (HDD) Space or faster with 2 GB system memory running Microsoft windows.

o PCs running Windows XP service pack 2 are capable of running the 32-bit and 64-bit version. Windows XP Home basic not capable for Zen EXBace software.

o PCs running windows XP service Pack 3 are capable of running the 32-bit and 64-bit version. Windows XP Home Basic is not capable for Zen EXBace software.



o PSs running Windows Vista are capable of running 32-bit and 64-bit version for the Zen EXBace software. Windows Vista Home Basis not capable for the Zen EXBace.

o PCs running Windows 7 are capable of running 32-bit and 64-bit version for the Zen EXBace software. Windows 7 Home basic is not capable for the Zen EXBace.

Software

o Either Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7 or Later, or Firefox Version 3.0 or later, or google chrome’s all versions, with an Internet connection for Software online Resources.

o Either Microsoft Office Version 2003 or Later for the Export & Import Interactive Facility.

Zen eXBace Software

You can install the Zen eXbace software from the Download Center of the KDK Software Website and software CD’s with one of the following methods:

§ Auto Installer Installation process – an on-demand download manager that downloads / software CD and install the software that you specify, including device support, and any of the software listed under Individual Components Below.

§ Individual Components Installation Process – Allows you to individually copy and install the following software for Windows operating system only.



ü Windows Installer Hotfix for the various windows platforms.

ü Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5. ü Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express Edition (32-bit and 64-bit)

ü Installation of Internet Information Services (IIS) according to operating system.

ü Zen EXBace Software Installation (32-bit and 64-bit). ü Zen EXBace Application Configuration on Internet Information Services (IIS).

Auto Installation Process For the Auto installation process you have to open the software setup folder as shown in this window.

ü Double click on Installer.exe

ü Click on Next Button for Furtherer process of Installation.

ü Click on Installer Icon for the Installation of Software.

You can view in this windows that all the Perquisites are ready for Installation individually which automatically starts once you begin the installation process.

ü In this window, Installation of Windows installer 4.5 is ready to Start.

ü Click on Next.

ü Select I Agree

ü Click on Next

ü Now click on Finish Button.

Here the Installation of Windows installer has finished. Now Click on Yes Button to Re-Start the computer for the further Installation process.

After Reboot, the computer will automatically start the further installation process from Fig. 4. Now Process is starting for the Installation of Windows Installer 3.1 in your computer.

ü Click on Next

ü Select the option I Agree ü Click on Next

ü Click on Finish

Now Process is starting for the Installation of Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 in your computer.

ACCEPT the term of the License Agreement.

ü Click on Install Button.

ü Installation is in Process in this window.

ü Click on Exit Button.

Installation of Microsoft .NET Framework has successfully finished. Now Click on Yes Button for Re-Start the computer to the further Installation process.

After Reboot, the computer will automatically start the further installation process from Fig. 4. Now the Process of automatic installation of Microsoft SQL server 2008 Express (32-bit) started in your computer.

ü In this Window the installation of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express Installation is finished.

ü Close this window. Now the installation process of Internet Information Services (IIS) will automatically started in your Computer.

ü In this window the Installation of IIS is being auto start. After that this window will automatically closed over the installation.

Process is starting for the Installation of Zen eXBace Software in your Computer.

ü Click on Next Button.

ü Select the Option I accept the term in the license Agreement.

ü Click on Next Button.

ü If you want to change the location of software then click on Change Button otherwise install the default location.

ü Click on Next Button for Further Process.

In this Page the Installation of Zen eXBace has been finished.

Zen eXBace Integration in Internet Information Services (IIS)

Before configuration of Application on IIS firstly we have check the default website of IIS. Website is http://localhost .

Follow this process for the Checking of Default website of IIS.

ü Copy this link and paste it the address bar http://localhost

ü If appear this window (Default website of IIS) in your computer then you can go for further process otherwise you have to check your Default Installation of IIS.

Zen eXBace Integration process in IIS.

Go to Start.

ü Click on option Run. ü Type there intetmgr. ü Click on OK button.

You will get here this window Internet Information Services.

ü Double Click on option Internet

You are getting here your default website IISHelp.

ü Right Click on option Default Web Site.

ü Go to option new. ü Click on option Virtual Directory….

ü Type the Alias name eXBace.

ü Type the button Next.

ü Click on Browse.

ü Select the location of eXBace folder from “C:\Program Files\K.D.K. Software\eXBace”.

ü Select the Option in this window: o Read o Run Script (Such as ASP)

ü Now in this window you are getting here one option eXBace also.

ü Right click on eXBace. ü Click on Property.

ü Select the Tab ASP.NET.

ü Go to Option ASP.NET Version and click on drop down list and select 2.0.50727

ü Click on button Apply.

ü Select the TAB Document.

ü Click on button Add. ü Add the Default.aspx. ü Click on button Apply. ü Click on button OK.

ü Right click on eXBace. ü Click on option Browse.

ü N ow you will get this window with this error message Server Error in ‘/exbace’ Application.

Failed to access IIS

ü Open My Computer. ü Go to location

“C:\windows\Microsoft.Net\ Framework\v2.0.50727” ü Go to Start and click on Option Run ü Type there CMD and click on OK.

ü Now select any one of the following options for the Installation of ASPNET_REGIIS for Internet Information Services (IIS): o Select the file aspnet_regiis and drag-drop in command prompt windows and for the installation of ASPNET_REGIIS execute command -i.

o Type in command prompt window C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.5027\aspnet_regiis –i

ü Click on OK /Enter Button

ü In this window the installation of ASPNET_REGIIS has been

finished.

Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Window.

ü Double click on option Default Web Site.

ü Check here aspnet_client will registered after doing the previous exercise.

ü Right click on eXBace and click on Browse.

ü Now the eXBace software is opening.

ü In this window new database of Zen eXBace is creating After that you will get user Information window.

ü Mention here All the User Information Windows with State & City.

ü Mention here administrator Password for the Zen eXBace software.

ü Click on Next.

ü Now software will require Registration Key, so, if you have, then mention here registration key box and click on button Register otherwise click on Register Later.

ü In the Login Page you just mention here require information. (Default User ID = Administrator).

ü Click on Button Login.

ü Now Zen eXBace is running on your computer.

ü Here Zen eXBace URL is http://localhost/exbace/default.aspx
