Downloading and Installing the CSA Reader App
1) Click on the link provided in your email, or copy the following URL and paste it into your browser:
http://epubs.csa.ca/CsaeReaderDesktop/OSX/CSA Reader.dmg
2) Click on CSA Reader and select “Open”:

Creating an Account
1) After you have launched the CSA Reader App, click on Register to create an account.
2) Fill in all the fields as shown below on the Registration Page, and then click Create Account.
Please note that this is not your account for the shop.csa.ca website, these are not linked.

3) Once you have created your user account on the CSA Reader App, Log In with your credentials.

Redeeming your Code
1) Go to the Available Books tab, and locate the eBook that you have purchased. Click on Redeem Code
and enter the redemption code received by email. Click on Redeem Code again and your purchased
book will be added to the My Books tab.
2) Under the My Books tab, you can download and open the eBooks you have purchased and redeemed.

Navigating the eBook
Highlight – select text to highlight. Choose from eight different colours.
Underline – select text to underline.
Annotate with Highlight – select text to highlight and add your personal notes.
Note – select text to add personal notes.
Web Search – highlight a word or phrase within the document and search the web.
Copy to clipboard – select text from the document to copy
Generate PDF – select text from the document and create a PDF copy
Share on Facebook or Google Plus – select text to share via Facebook or Google Plus.

Bookmark – select text to bookmark content.
Table of Contents – click to view Table of Contents in the left navigation window
Reference Map – click to view Reference Map within the left navigation. Easily navigate content
by Table of Contents, personal notes, highlighted content, and bookmarks or by browsing history.
Menu items within the Reference Map:
Table of Contents – click to display Table of Contents within the left navigation
pane.
Notes – click to view a list of your personal notes within the left navigation
pane.
Highlight – click to view a list of your highlighted content within the left
navigation pane.
Bookmarks – click to view a list of your bookmarked content within the left
navigation pane.
History - click to view a list of your recently visited sections within the book.
Close the Map
Full screen – click to view eBook in full screen view
Increase font size – make the text within the eBook larger
Decrease font size – make the text within the eBook smaller
Settings – increase or decrease font size, change page layout view – choose between continuous
scroll view or single page view. Change text and background colour to suit your preferences.

History previous – view the last page that was read
History next – toggle back to your current page
Search – enter a search term to search content within the book
Advanced Search – Advanced search gives you the option to search text within the entire book or
within a specific chapter. You also have the option to include notes in your search query.
Previous page – takes you to the previous page in the book
Next page – takes you to the next page in the book
