There is no minimum order amount. However, the minimum payment that can be taken from a Debit or Credit Card is £25.

CarriageCarriage is free on all domestic (UK) orders in excess of £150 (excluding VAT). Domestic orders under £150 will be subject to £5 packing and delivery charge. All domestic

orders are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS, usually by next day delivery, subject to the conditions of the shipping company.

PricesPrices are exclusive of VAT. International Collection reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Goods will be invoiced at prices correct at the time of despatch. Listed

prices do not include discounts (see below).

Pro FormaAll initial and International orders are undertaken on a ‘Pro-Forma’ basis. Payment is required in advance of dispatch with an automatic 5% discount on all listed prices. UK

customers may then apply for a 30 day credit account.

Method of PaymentCredit or Debit Card: We accept Visa, Master Card, Electron, Maestro (Switch) & Solo.

Cheques: Please make payable to International Collection and include your company name, the invoice number and your 4 digit account number on the reverse.Bank Transfer: Please contact our office for bank details. Please fax us a copy of the counter receipt - this helps us to protect and dispatch your order.

OrderingCustomers should always quote their account number and us catalogue stock codes when placing orders. International Collection cannot accept responsibility for misdelivery or incorrect goods where an account number or stock codes have not been given. When posting or faxing an order, please always use an International Collection order form,

as this ensures that we have all the required information. If you require additional order forms please contact our office.

Delivery TimesDelivery is usually from stock, which means, despatch within 3 days of ordering. However, in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days.

Returned GoodsThe issuing of credit notes is at the discretion of International Collection. Trading on a ‘sale or return’ basis is not permitted.
