Construction of corporate office by M/s ONGC Ltd, Office complex at Plot no 5A & 5B, Nelson Mandela Marg, Vasant Kunj, Phase- II.

Two Notices issued, penalty for the 2nd Notice is yet to be submitted

1. Wind breaker/ Dust barriers were not of the requisite height.2. Construction Material was left uncovered. 3. Earth dug out from the site were dumped on the service road.4. No visible bay or specific site for washing of vehicles transporting construction material.5. No hosing of lose soil at entry points.

Note: None of the inspected construction sites completely followed the MoEF’s dust control guidelines.
