Choose the mounting location where the unit will not interfere with the normal driving function of the driver.

Before finally installing the unit, connect the wiring temporarily and make sure it is all connected up properly and the unit and the system work properly.

Use only the parts included with the unit to ensure proper installation.The use of unauthorized parts can cause malfunctions.

Consult with your nearest dealer if installation requires the drilling of holesor other modifications of the vehicle.

Install the unit where it does not get inthe drivers way and cannot injure thepassenger if there is a sudden stop, like an emergency stop.

If installation angle exceeds 30 from horizontal, the unit might not give its optimum performance.

Avoid installing the unit where it wouldbe subject to high temperature, such as from direct sunlight, or from hot air,from the heater, or where it would be subject to dust, dirt or excessive vibration.

DIN FRONT/REAR-MOUNTThis unit can be properly installed eitherfrom Front (conventional DIN Front-mount) or Rear (DIN Rear-mountinstallation, utilizing threaded screw holesat the sides of the unit chassis).For details, refer to the followingillustrated installation methods.

Before install the unit, please remove thetwo screws.

DIN FRONT-MOUNT (Method A)Installation OpeningThis unit can be installed in any dashboardhaving an opening as show below:

Installing the unitBe sure you test all connections first, andthen follow these steps to install the unit.1. Make sure the ignition is turned off,

and then disconnect the cable fromthe vehicle battery's negative (-)terminal.

2. Disconnect the wire harness and theantenna.

3. Press the release button on the frontpanel and remove the control panel(see the steps of to detach the frontpanel).

4. Lift the top of the outer trim ring thenpull it out to remove it.

5. The two supplied keys release tabsinside the unit's sleeve so you canremove it. Insert the keys as far as theywill go (with the notches facing up) intothe appropriate slots at the middle leftand right sides of the unit. Then slidethe sleeve off the back of the unit.

6. Mount the sleeve by inserting the sleeveinto the opening of the dashboard andbend open the tabs located around thesleeve with a screwdriver. Not all tabswill be able to make contact, soexamine which ones will be mosteffective. Bending open the appropriatetabs behind the dashboard to securethe sleeve in place.

7. Reconnect the wire harness and theantenna and be careful not to pinchany wires or cables.

8. Slide the unit into the sleeve until itlocks into place.

9. To further secure the unit, use thesupplied metal strap to secure the backof the unit in place. Use the suppliedhardware (Hex Nut (M5mm) and SpringWasher) to attach one end of the strapto the mounting bolt on the back ofthe unit. If necessary, bend the metalstrap to fit your vehicle's mountingarea. Then use the supplied hardware(Tapping Screw (5x25mm) and PlainWasher) to attach the other end ofmetal strap to a solid metal part of thevehicle under the dashboard. This strapalso helps ensure proper electricalgrounding of the unit.

Note: to install the short threading terminalof the mounting bolt to the back of theunit and the other long threading terminalto the dashboard.

10. Reconnect the cable to the vehicle battery's negative (-) terminal. Then replace the outer trim ring and install the unit's front panel. (see the steps of to install the front panel).

Removing the unit1. Make sure the ignition is turned off,

then disconnect the cable from thevehicle battery's negative (-) terminal.

2. Remove the metal strap attached theback of the unit (if attached).

3. Press the release button to remove thefront panel.

4. Lift the top of the outer trim ring thenpull it out to remove it.

5. Insert both of the supplied keys intothe slots at the middle left and rightsides of the unit, then pull the unit outof the dashboard.

INSTALLATION

DIN REAR-MOUNT (Method B)If your vehicle is a Nissan, Toyota, followthese mounting instructions.Use the screw holes marked T (Toyota),N (Nissan) located on both sides of theunit to fasten the unit to the factory radiomounting brackets supplied with yourvehicle.

To fasten the unit to the factory radiomounting brackets.Align the screw holes on the bracket with the screw holes on the unit, andthen tighten the screws (5x5mm) on each side.Note: the outer trim ring, sleeve and themetal strap are not used for method Binstallation.

6USING THE DETACHABLE FRONT PANEL

To Detach the Front Panel1.Press the (open) button, then the

front panel will be folded down.

2.To remove the front panel, lift it up at alittle angle from horizontal position,then first pull out the right side andthen pull out the left side.

2.When the two sides fixed into place,push the front panel into main unit.

3.Note that if the front panel fails to lockin position properly, pressing controlbutton may not function and thedisplay may be missing somesegments. Press the (open) buttonand then reinstall the front panel again.

Precautions when handling1.Do not drop the front panel.2.Do not put pressure on the display or

control buttons when detaching or re-installing the front panel.

3.Do not touch the contacts on the frontpanel or on the main unit body. It mayresult in poor electrical contact.

4. If any dirt or foreign substancesadhered on the contacts, they can beremoved with a clean and dry cloth.

5.Do not expose the front panel to hightemperatures or direct sunlight inanywhere.

6.Keep away any volatile agents (e.g.benzene, thinner, or insecticides) fromtouching the surface of the front panel.

7.Do not attempt to disassemble thefront panel.

MUTEPress MUT button (3) to mute downthe sound instantly. If any button ispressed in the mute state, the mutestate is released.

EQUALIZATIONPress and hold EQ/REC button (11)for several seconds to turn onequalization function and to selectdesired audio mode. There are fivekinds of mode as below:

SUBWOOFERPress MOD button (6) for severalseconds to toggle subwoofer output.Press it for several seconds again torelease this mode.

LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAYExhibit current frequency and activated functions on the display (8).

FLASHING LEDIf the front panel does not install in themain unit, the LED (12) will be flashing.

REMOTE SENSORPoint the remote cantrol handset to the remote sensor IR (24). Press the function keys on the handset to control the system.

ESP FUNCTIONIf the unit has the electronicshockproof function, it can be shockproof about several ten of seconds.

RESET FUNCTIONRESET button (25) must be activatedwith either a ballpoint pen or thin metal object. The RESET button (25)is to be activated for the following reasons:- Initial installation of the unit when all

wiring is completed.- All the function buttons do not

operate.- Error symbol on the display.Note:If press RESET button (25), the unitcant work yet, please use a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol to clean the socket on the the front panel.

OPERATION

SWITHCHING ON/OFF THE UNIT Switch on the unit by pressing any button (except button (7) and button(4)). When system is on, press PWRbutton (9) to turn off the unit.

FACEPLATE RELEASEPress button (7) to detach theremovable faceplate.

SOUND ADJUSTMENTPress PUSH SEL button (10) to selectthe desired adjustment mode.The adjustment mode will change inthe following order:

By rotating the knob (10) clockwise orcounter-clockwise, it is possible toadjust the desired sound quality.

Press and hold PUSH SEL button (10)for several seconds to enter into theselection for the situation of beepsound, then rotate the knob (10)clockwise or counter-clockwise toselect as follows:

- BEEP 2nd mode:The beep is only generated when allallowed double function button ispressed long (several seconds).e.g.When preset button (14) is pressed.When BND/LOU/ENT button (13) ispressed.When AS/PS button (18) is pressed.

- BEEP ALL mode:The beep is generated when everybutton is pressed.

- BEEP OFF mode:The beep is disabled.

LOUDNESSPress BND/LOU/ENT button (13) for several seconds to reinforce the bassoutput. Press it for several seconds again to release this function.

SET THE CLOCKPress the DSP button (15), the clockis shown on the display. Then holddown the button until the clock flashes. Then press the TUN/TRK button(17) to change hours or TUN/TRK button (16) to change minutes.

RADIO OPERATION SWITCHING TO RADIO MODE

Press MOD button (6) shortly to select radio mode, the radio mode appears in the display together with the memory band and frequency.

SELECTING THE FREQUENCYBANDAt radio mode, press BND/LOU/ENTbutton (13) shortly to select the desiredband.The reception band will change in thefollowing order:

SELECTING STATIONPress TUN/TRK button (17) orTUN/TRK button (16) shortly toactivate automatic seek function. Pressfor several seconds until MANUALappears on the display, the manualtuning mode is selected. If bothbuttons have not been pressed forseveral seconds, they will return toseek tuning mode and AUTOappears on the display.

LOCAL/DISTANTPress LOC button (2) to select betweenlocal and distant stations. Local settingfor reception of strong station, and adistant setting for reception of weakerstations. This function is effect duringAUTO SEEK operation.

AUTOMATIC MEMORY STORING & PROGRAM SCANNING- Automatic Memory Storing

Press AS/PS button (18) for severalseconds, the radio searches from thecurrent frequency and checks thesignal strength until one cycle searchis finished. And then 6 strongest stations are stored into thecorresponding preset number button.

- Program ScanningPress AS/PS button (18) shortly toscan preset station. When the fieldstrength level is more than thethreshold level of stop level, the radiois holding at that preset number forseveral seconds with releasing mute,then searches again.

STATION STORINGPress any one of the preset buttons(14) (1 to 6) to select a station whichhad been stored in the memory. Press this button for several seconds

(until 2ND beeps come out), current station is stored into the number button.

MONO/STEREOPress MON button (2) to select monoor stereo mode. You can sometimesimprove reception of distant stationsby selecting mono operation.

SCANPress SCN button (19) to set thefunction to scan mode, which scanningto higher frequency station withreceivable signal and keep on eachstation for several seconds.

CD OPERATION SWITCHING TO CD MODE

If there is no CD inserted in the driver:Gently insert the CD with the printedside uppermost into the CDcompartment until you feel someresistance. The CD is drawn into thedriver automatically. CD playbackbegins.If a CD is already inserted in the driver:Keep pressing MOD button (6) shortlyuntil the CD mode display appears.

SELECTING TRACKSPress TUN/TRK button (16) orTUN/TRK button (17) to move tothe previous track or the following track.Track number shows on display.Hold TUN/TRK button (16) orTUN/TRK button (17) to fastreverse or fast forward. CD play startsfrom when you release the button.

PAUSING PLAYINGPress PAU button (20) to pause CDplayer. Press it again to resume play.

PREVIEWING ALL TRACKSPress SCN button (21) to play firstseveral seconds of each track on thecurrent disc. Press again to stop introand listen to track.

REPEATING THE SAME TRACKPress RPT button (22) to continuouslyrepeat the same track. Press it againto stop repeat.

PLAYING ALL TRACKS IN RANDOMPress SHF button (23) to play all trackson CD in random order. Press again tocancel the function.

EJECTING A DISCPress button (4) to stop CD playingand eject rhe disc from the disc slot (5).

MP3 OPERATION SWITCHING TO CD (MP3) MODE

If there is no MP3 disc inserted in thedriver:Gently insert the MP3 disc with theprinted side uppermost into the discslot (5) until you feel some resistance.The MP3 disc is drawn into the driverautomatically. The MP3 playbackbegins.If a MP3 disc is already inserted in thedriver:Keep pressing MOD button (6) shortlyuntil the CD (MP3) mode displayappears.

EJECTING A DISCPress button (4) to stop MP3 playingand eject the disc from the disc slot(5).

SELECTING TRACKS IN SINGLESTEPPress TUN/TRK button (16) orTUN/TRK button (17) to move tothe previous track or the followingtrack. Track number shows on display.

PAUSING PLAYINGPress PAU button (20) to pause MP3player. Press it again to resume play.

PREVIEWING ALL TRACKSPress SCN button (21) to play firstseveral seconds of each track on thecurrent disc. Press again to stop introand listen to track.

REPEATING THE SAME TRACKPress RPT button (22) to continuouslyrepeat the same track. Press it againto stop repeat.

PLAYING ALL TRACKS IN RANDOMPress SHF button (23) to play alltracks on MP3 disc in random order.Press again to cancel the function.

SELECTING TRACKS BY AS/PS/D-AUD BUTTONAS/PS button is assigned as Digital

Audio Mode selection button in MP3operation.When pressed, it is activated asselecting each mode of Digital Audio.Searching track directly =>Searching Directory or File Name=>Navigation from root by TUN/TRKUP/DOWN buttons=> Navigationfrom current directory by TUN/TRKUP/DOWN buttons.

Searching Track DirectlyPress AS/PS (D-AUD) button for onetime. It enters into Searching track directly in Digital Audio CD.The unit searches the track selected by following direct numeric buttons:M1-M6, MOD (7), TUN/TRK DOWN(8), TUN/TRK UP (9), DSP(0).If selected three digits, the unitsearches the tract at once. If selectedone or two digits, the unit wait for ENT(BND/LOU) button for seconds. Theunit searches the track after fewseconds, even if the enter button isnot pressed.

Searching Directory or File NamePress AS/PS (D-AUD) button for twotimes. It enters into SearchingDirectory or File Name in DigitalAudio CD.The unit searches files and directoriesthat have the same character which isinputted by the user pressing thecorresponding buttons listed on theTable 1 below.Explain as follows:- Use the corresponding buttons to

select the characters A to Z, blank,0 to 9, _, -, +.

- Press PUSH SEL button to confirmentry of each characters.

- Press BND/LOU (ENT) button to start the title search.In case the selected title is a directory name, display will show( ), then

- Use the TUN/TRK UP/DOWN buttons to list all songs under this directory and select the title.

WMA OPERATIONThe unit that can play the WMA disc andthe operation is the same with MP3operation described above.

USB PLAY OPERATIONIn the front panel of the unit, there is anUSB interface (26). You can connect anUSB driver through this interface (26). Forthe unit with no SD/MMC interface, whenyou connect the USB driver through theinterface, the unit will search the MP3 filesor WMA files in the USB driver and startto play MP3 files or WMA filesautomatically. If in other mode, you can

- Repeat the above steps if the newlyselected title is again a directory.

Searching From Root DirectoryPress AS/PS (D-AUD) button for threetimes. The unit searches file ordirectory from root by TUN/TRKUP/DOWN buttons. (D-DIR icon turnson if the name is directory). Displaywill list all available directories andsongs. Select the desireddirectory/songs by using TUN/TRKUP/DOWN buttons and BND/LOU(ENT) button to confirm. If theselected title is a song, it starts to play.If the selected title is a directory name,display will show ( ), then- Use the TUN/TRK UP/DOWN

buttons to list all songs under this directory and select the title.

- Press BND/LOU (ENT) button to confirm and start the play.

- Repeat the above steps if the newlyselected title is again a directory.

Searching From Current DirectoryPress AS/PS (D-AUD) button for fourtimes. The unit searches file ordirectory from current directory byTUN/TRK UP/DOWN buttons. (D-DIRicon turns on if the name is directory).The current directory name isdisplayed for a second and thecurrently playing file name is displayed(selected). The user can select thedirectory or file in the directory byTUN/TRK UP/DOWN buttons. Theselected file can be played bypressing BND/LOU (ENT) button.

DISPLAY INFORMATIONPress DSP button (15) to showfollowing information, such as theclock, ID3 TAG (if available: song title,directory name, artist name, othercontents) and other information.

also press MOD button to select USBmode.When playing the MP3 files or WMA filesin the device, the operation is the samewith the MP3 operation described above.Note: The main unit can only support the

standard USB-memory disc which isapproved by Microsoft.

USB MP3 player is not a standard whichmeans different brand name or differentmodels have their own standard. Soour product cannot support every MP3player.

When connecting an MP3 player andthere has normal battery in the player(non rechargeable battery), you shouldremove the battery from the MP3 playerthen connect it to the USB interface.Otherwise, it may cause battery burst.

When in USB play mode, be sure notto remove the USB driver from the USBinterface.

RECORD OPERATIONThis unit provides record function. In radio,CDP mode, CD Changer or AUX mode,press EQ/REC button (11) shortly toactivate RECORD mode. The unit willrecord files to USB and the format of thefile .WMA. The unit can find andplay the record files in the device thatconnected to the unit through the USBinterface.There will be shown file name duringrecording.Press EQ/REC button (11) shortly againto complete recording.Note: During recording, be sure not to remove

the external device from the USBinterface or turn off the power or switchoff the ACC wire. Otherwise, it maydestroy the record files and the USBinterface may cause a malfunction.

During recording in one mode, be surenot to switch to another mode (such asradio, CD or AUX mode). You mustpress EQ/REC button (11) shortly tocomplete recording, then you canchange the current mode.

When playing MP3/MWA disc, the unitcannot record files to USB.

DISC NOTEA. Notes on discs:1.Attempting to use non-standard shape

C. Notes on MP3 files (MP3 VersionOnly):1.The disc must be in the ISO9660 level

1 or level 2 format, or Joliet or Romeoin the expansion format.

2.When naming a MP3 file, be sure the file name extension is .MP3.

3.For a non-MP3 file, even though the file name extension is .MP3, the unitcannot recognize it.

Sassurer que le contact est coup,puis dbrancher le cble de la bornengative (-) de la batterie duvhicule.Dbrancher le faisceau de cbles etlantenne.Appuyer sur la touche dedverrouillage du panneau decommande et enlever ce dernier (sereporter la rubrique Retrait dupanneau avant ).Soulever la partie suprieure ducadre de garniture extrieur etlenlever.Les deux cls fournies dverrouillentles onglets lintrieur du chssispour permettre de lenlever. Insrerles cls le plus loin possible (avecles crans vers le haut) dans lesfentes appropries, au milieu descts droit et gauche de lappareil.Puis sortir le chssis de lappareil.

5.FIXATION AVANT/ARRIRE DINCet appareil peut tre correctementfix soit par lavant (fixationconventionnelle avant DIN), soit par larrire (installation arrire DIN,en utilisant les trous filets pour lesvis sur chaque ct du chssis delappareil). Pour tous dtails, sereporter aux mthodes dinstallationillustres ci-aprs.30

INSTALLATION

Pour monter le chssis, linsrer danslouverture du tableau de bord etcarter avec un tournevis les ongletssitus autour du chssis. Certainsonglets nauront pas dutilit ;dterminer ceux qui serontncessaires. carter les ongletsappropris en les recourbant derrirele tableau de bord pour fixer lechssis dans son emplacement.

Rebrancher le faisceau de cbles etlantenne, en prenant soin de ne paspincer les fils ou cbles.Faire glisser lappareil dans sonchssis jusqu ce quil senclenchedans sa position.Pour terminer de placer solidementlappareil, utiliser la patte mtalliquefournie pour fixer la partie arrire dansson emplacement. Utiliser le matrielfourni (crou hexagonal de 5 mm etrondelle lastique) pour fixer un ctde la patte sur le boulon de montage larrire de lappareil. Si ncessaire,courber la patte mtallique pourquelle sadapte la zone de montagedu vhicule. Puis utiliser le matrielfourni (vis auto-taraudeuse de 5 x 25mm et rondelle plate) pour fixer lautrebout de la patte mtallique unepartie mtallique solide du vhiculesous le tableau de bord. Cette pattesert galement mettre correctement la masse lappareil.

Remarque : prendre soin de fixer lebout filet le plus court du boulon demontage sur la partie arrire delappareil et lautre bout filet (le pluslong), sur le tableau de bord.

Rebrancher le cble de la bornengative (-) de la batterie du vhicule.Puis replacer le cadre de garnitureextrieur et installer le panneau avantde lappareil (se reporter la rubrique Installation du panneau avant ).

Sassurer que le contact est coup,puis dbrancher le cble de la bornengative (-) de la batterie du vhicule.Enlever la patte mtallique fixe larrire de lappareil (le cas chant).Appuyer sur la touche dedverrouillage du panneau avant pourlenlever.Soulever la partie suprieure du cadrede garniture extrieur et lenlever.Insrer les deux cls fournies dans lesfentes situes au milieu des ctsgauche et droit de lappareil, puissortir lappareil du tableau bord.

FIXATION ARRIRE DIN (mthode B)Si le vhicule est de marque Nissan ouToyota, se conformer aux instructions demontages suivantes.Utiliser les trous pour les vis marqus T(Toyota), N (Nissan) situs de chaque ctde lappareil pour fixer lappareil auxsupports de montage dorigine livrs avecle vhicule.

Pour fixer lappareil aux supports demontage dorigine : Aligner les trous desvis du support avec les trous des vis delappareil, puis serrer les vis (5 x 5 mm) dechaque ct.Remarque : le cadre de garniture, lechssis et la patte mtallique ne sont pasutiliss pour la mthode dinstallation B.

Retrait du panneau avantAppuyer sur la touche (ouvrir) ;le panneau avant se rabat.

Pour retirer le panneau avant, lesoulever en position presquehorizontale, puis sortir le ct droitet ensuite le ct gauche.

Pour la garder en scurit, rangerle panneau avant dans le botierprotecteur fourni immdiatementaprs lavoir retir.

Pour installer le panneau avant,insrer dabord le ct gauche enposition, puis mettre en place lect droit.

Une fois les deux cts en place,pousser le panneau avant contrelunit principale.

Noter que si le panneau avant nese verrouille pas correctement enplace, les touches de commandepourront ne pas fonctionner et ilpourra manquer certains segmentssur lcran daffichage. Appuyer surla touche (ouvrir) et rinstaller lepanneau avant.

Ne pas faire tomber le panneauavant.Ne pas appuyer pas sur lcrandaffichage ou les touches decommande lors du retrait ou delinstallation du panneau avant.Ne pas toucher les contacts dupanneau avant ou de lunitprincipale. Cela pourrait provoquerdes contacts lectriquesdfectueux.Si de la poussire ou dessubstances trangres se collentsur les contacts, elles peuvent treenleves avec un chiffon propre etsec.Ne jamais exposer le panneauavant au soleil ou destempratures excessives.Protger la surface du panneauavant contre les agents chimiquesvolatiles (tels que benzne, diluantou insecticides).Ne pas essayer de dmonter lepanneau avant.

EMPLACEMENT DES TOUCHES

MISE EN MARCHE/ARRT DELAPPAREILMettre lappareil en marche en appuyantsur nimporte quelle touche [sauf lestouches (7) et (4)]. Quand lesystme est en marche, appuyer sur latouche PWR (9) pour teindre lappareil.

DVERROUILLAGE DE LA FAADEAppuyer sur la touche (7) pour retirer lafaade amovible.

RGLAGE DU SONAppuyer sur la touche PUSH SEL (10) pourslectionner le mode de rglage souhait.Le mode de rglage changera dans lordreci-aprs :

En tournant la touche (10) dans le senshoraire ou anti-horaire, il est possible dergler la qualit du son comme souhait.

Maintenir appuy la touche PUSH SEL (10)quelques secondes pour accder aurglage du bip, puis tourner la touche (10)dans le sens horaire ou anti-horaire poureffectuer le choix suivant :

- Mode BEEP 2ND (2e bip) :Le bip nest mis que lors dune pressionlongue (quelques secondes) dune touche double fonction.par exemple :Lors dune pression sur une des touchesprrgles (14). Lors dune pression sur latouche BND/LOU/ENT (13).Lors dune pression sur la touche AS/PS(18).- Mode BEEP ALL (bip tous) :Le bip est mis chaque pression dunetouche.- Mode BEEP OFF (bip dsactiv) :Le bip est dsactiv.

TONALITAppuyer sur la touche BND/LOU/ENT (13)pendant quelques secondes pouraccentuer la sortie des graves. Appuyerune nouvelle fois pendant quelquessecondes pour dsactiver cette fonction.

RGLAGE DE LHORLOGEAppuyer sur la touche DSP (15) ; lhorlogesaffiche lcran. Maintenir alors la toucheappuye jusqu ce que lhorloge clignote.Ensuite, appuyer sur la touche TUN/TRK(17) pour changer les heures ou la toucheTUN/TRK (16) pour changer lesminutes.

SOURDINEAppuyer sur la touche MUT (3) pourcouper le son immdiatement. Unepression de nimporte quelle touchedsactive la sourdine.

GALISATIONMaintenir appuye la touche EQ/REC(11) quelques secondes pour activer lafonction dgalisation et slectionner lemode audio souhait. Les cinq types demodes possibles sont repris ci-aprs :

AFFICHAGE CRISTAUX LIQUIDESLcran (8) affiche la frquence dcouteen cours et les fonctions actives.

DEL CLIGNOTANTESi le panneau avant nest pascorrectement insr dans lappareil, laDEL (12) clignotera.

CAPTEUR DE TLCOMMANDEPointer la tlcommande vers le capteurIR (24) de tlcommande. Appuyer surles touches de fonction de latlcommande pour contrler lesystme.

FONCTION ESP (antichoc)Si lappareil est dot de la fonctionantichoc lectronique, il est lpreuvedes chocs pendant quelques dizaines desecondes.

FONCTION DE RINITIALISATIONLa touche RESET (25) doit tre activeavec un stylo bille ou un objetmtallique pointu. La touche RESET(25) doit tre active dans les cassuivants :- Installation initiale de lappareil, unefois tous les branchements de filseffectus.- Les touches de fonction nefonctionnent pas.- Le symbole derreur apparat lcran.

Remarque :Si, aprs avoir appuy sur la toucheRESET (25), lappareil ne fonctionnetoujours pas, utiliser un coton tige imbibdalcool isopropylique pour nettoyer lescontacts du panneau avant.

SLECTION DE LA BANDE DEFRQUENCEEn mode radio, appuyer brivement surla touche BND/LOU/ENT (13) pourslectionner la bande souhaite.La bande de rception changera danslordre ci-aprs :

CHOIX DE LA STATIONAppuyer brivement sur la touche TUN/TRK (17) ou TUN/TRK (16) pouractiver la fonction de rechercheautomatique. Appuyer quelquessecondes jusqu laffichage de MANUAL lcran ; le mode desyntonisation manuelle est alorsslectionn.Sil ny a aucune pression sur ces deuxtouches pendant quelques secondes,elles se remettent en mode de rechercheautomatique et AUTO saffiche lcran.

MISE EN MmOIRE AUTOMATIQUE ETBALAYAGE DE PROGRAMMES- Mise en mmoire automatiqueAppuyer quelques secondes sur latouche AS/PS (18). la radio cherche partir de la frquence actuelle et vrifie laforce du signal jusqu ce quun cycle derecherche soit termin, puis les 6stations dont le signal est le plus fort sontmmorises et affectes la touchenumrique prrgle correspondante.- Balayage des programmesAppuyer brivement sur la touche AS/PS(18) pour balayer les stations prrgles.Quand la force du signal est suprieureau seuil fix pour le niveau darrt surune station, la radio reste sur cettefrquence prrgle quelques secondes,avec la fonction mise en sourdinedsactive, puis la recherche continue.

MMORISATION DE STATIONAppuyer sur lune des touchesprrgles (14) (de 1 6) pourslectionner une station qui a t miseen mmoire. Maintenir cette touchenumrique appuye pendant quelquessecondes (jusquau deuxime bip) pour yaffecter la station dcoute mmoriser.

MONO/STROAppuyer sur la touche MON (2) pourslectionner le mode mono ou stro. Il estparfois possible damliorer la rception desstations loignes en slectionnant le modemono.

BALAYAGEAppuyer sur la touche SCN (19) pour mettrela fonction en mode de balayage, quidtecte par ordre croissant de frquence lesstations signal recevable et reste surchaque station pendant quelques secondes.

PASSAGE EN MODE CDAucun CD nest insr dans le lecteur :Insrer dlicatement le CD dans sonemplacement, avec le ct imprim tournvers le haut, jusqu ce quune rsistance sefasse sentir. Le CD se met alors en placeautomatiquement dans le lecteur, et lalecture commence.Un CD est dj insr dans le lecteur :Appuyer brivement sur la touche MOD (6)jusqu ce que le mode CD saffiche.

SLECTION DE PISTESAppuyer brivement sur la touche TUN/TRK(16) ou TUN/TRK (17) pour aller lapiste prcdente ou suivante. Le numro depiste saffiche lcran. Maintenir la toucheTUN/TRK (16) ou TUN/TRK (17)appuy pour un retour rapide ou une avancerapide. La lecture du CD commence lendroit o la touche est relche.

PAUSE DE LA LECTUREAppuyer sur la touche PAU (20) pourinterrompre momentanment la lecture.Appuyer de nouveau sur cette touche pourreprendre la lecture.

PR-COUTE DE TOUTES LES PISTESAppuyer sur la touche SCN (21) pour lire lespremires secondes de chaque piste dudisque insr. Appuyer de nouveau pourarrter lintroduction et couter la piste.

RPTITION DUNE MME PISTEAppuyer sur la touche RPT (22) pour rpterla mme piste en continu. Appuyer denouveau sur cette touche pour arrter larptition.

LECTURE DE TOUTES LES PISTES ENORDRE ALATOIREAppuyer sur la touche SHF (23) pour liretoutes les pistes du CD en ordre alatoire.Appuyer de nouveau sur cette touche pourannuler cette commande.

SLECTION DES PISTES AVEC LATOUCHE AS/PS/D-AUDLa touche AS/PS permet la slectiondu mode audio numrique lors de lalecture de MP3.

Quand elle est appuye, cette toucheest active pour la slection dechaque mode daudio numrique. Recherche dune pistedirectement => Recherche dunrpertoire ou dun nom de fichier => Navigation depuis la racine avecles touches TUN/TRK UP/DOWN => Navigation depuis le rpertoirecourant avec les touches TUN/TRKUP/DOWN.

Recherche dune piste directementAppuyer une fois sur la touche AS/PS(D-AUD). Le mode Recherche dunepiste directement est activ pour unCD audio numrique. Lappareilrecherche la piste slectionne aumoyen des touches numriquessuivantes : M1-M6, MOD (7), TUN/TRK DOWN (8), TUN/TRK UP (9),DSP(0).Si trois chiffres sont slectionns,lappareil commence rechercher lapiste immdiatement. Si un ou deuxchiffres ont t slectionns, ilattendra quelques secondes que latouche ENT (BND/LOU) soit appuye.Aprs quelques secondes, lappareilrecherche la piste, mme si la toucheENTER nest pas appuye.

Recherche dun rpertoire ou dunnom de fichierAppuyer deux fois sur la touche AS/PS (D-AUD). Le mode Recherchedun rpertoire ou dun nom de fichier est activ pour un CD audionumrique.Lappareil recherche les fichiers etrpertoires qui ont le mme caractreque celui saisi par lutilisateur, enappuyant sur les touchescorrespondantes reprises dans letableau 1 ci-dessous.Leur utilisation est la suivante :- Utiliser les touches correspondantespour slectionner les caractres A Z,blanc, 0 9, _ , - , + .- Appuyer sur la touche PUSH SELpour confirmer la saisie de chaquecaractre.- Appuyer sur la touche BND/LOU(ENT) pour commencer la recherchedu titre. Si le titre slectionn est unnom de rpertoire, laffichageindiquera ( ). Alors :- Utiliser les touches TUN/TRK UP/DOWN pour lister toutes les chansonsdans ce rpertoire et slectionner untitre.

- Appuyer sur la touche BND/LOU (ENT)pour confirmer et commencer la lecture.- Rpter les tapes ci-dessus si le titreslectionn est encore un rpertoire.

Recherche partir du rpertoireracineAppuyer trois fois sur la touche AS/PS(D-AUD). Lappareil recherche un fichierou rpertoire partir de la racine quandles touches TUN/TRK UP/DOWN sontappuyes (licne D-DIR saffiche si lenom est un rpertoire). Recherche partir du rpertoireactuelAppuyer quatre fois sur la touche AS/PS(D-AUD). Lappareil recherche un fichierou rpertoire partir du rpertoire actuelquand les touches TUN/TRK UP/DOWNsont appuyes (licne D-DIR saffiche sile nom est un rpertoire). Le nom durpertoire actuel saffiche pendant uneseconde et le nom du fichier en cours delecture saffiche (slectionn).Lutilisateur peut slectionner lerpertoire ou fichier dans le rpertoire aumoyen des touches TUN/TRK UP/DOWN. Le fichier slectionn peut trelu en appuyant sur la touche BND/LOU(ENT).

INFORMATIONS AFFICHES LCRANAppuyer sur la touche DSP (15) pourafficher les informations suivantes, tellesque lhorloge, ltiquette ID3 (sidisponible : titre de la chanson, nom durpertoire, nom de lartiste, tout autrecontenu...) et toute autre information.

Pour unappareil sans interface SD/MMC, lorsque lepilote USB est connect par lintermdiaire delinterface, lappareil cherche les fichiers MP3ou WMA dans le pilote USB et commenceautomatiquement lire les fichiers MP3 ouWMA. Licne MP3 saffiche quand le disque MP3 estlu et clignote quand il est en mode navigation.

Lunit principale peut seulementprendre en charge le lecteur demmoire USB standard qui estapprouv par Microsoft.Il nexiste pas de standard pour leslecteurs MP3 USB, ce qui signifie quediffrentes marques ou diffrentsmodles ont leur propre standard. Parconsquent, notre produit ne peut pasprendre en charge tous les lecteursMP3.Avant de connecter un lecteur MP3 quicontient un pile normale (nonrechargeable), il est recommand deretirer la pile du lecteur MP3, puis de lebrancher linterface USB. Sinon, lapile pourrait exploser.Une fois en mode de lecture USB,veiller ne pas retirer le pilote USB delinterface USB.

Au cours de lenregistrement, veiller ne pas retirer le priphrique externe delinterface USB et ne pas mettre horstension le fil ACC. Sinon, les fichiersenregistrs pourront tre dtruits etlinterface USB pourra provoquer unmauvais fonctionnement.Pendant lenregistrement dans unmode, veiller ne pas passer dans unautre mode (tel que le mode radio, CDou AUX). Montar la funda insertndola en laabertura del tablero frontal y doblarlas pestaas ubicadas alrededor de lafunda con un destornillador. ENCENDER/APAGAR LA UNIDADEncender la unidad presionando cualquierbotn (excepto el botn (7) y el (4)).Cuando el sistema se encuentra encendido,presionar el botn PWR (9) para apagar launidad.

LIBERACIN DE LA CUBIERTA FRONTALPresionar el botn (7) para liberar lacubierta frontal desmontable.

AJUSTE DEL SONIDOPresionar el botn PUSH SEL (10) paraseleccionar el modo de ajuste deseado. Elmodo de ajuste cambiar en el siguienteorden:

S se gira la perilla (10) en el sentido de (uopuesto al de) las agujas del reloj, se puedeajustar la calidad del sonido deseada.

Presionar y sostener el botn PUSH SEL(10) por varios segundos para ingresar a laseleccin de la situacin del sonido del bip,luego girar la perilla (10) en el sentido de (uopuesto al de) las agujas del reloj, paraseleccionar como se muestra acontinuacin:

- BIP 2do modo:El bip slo se genera cuando los botones dedoble funcin se presionan por un tiempoextendido (varios segundos).Por ejemplo:Cuando se presiona el botn predefinido(14). Cuando se presiona el botn BND/LOU/ENT (13).Cuando se presiona el botn AS/PS (18).- Modo de BEEP ALL:El bip se genera cuando se presionacualquier botn.- Modo de BEEP OFF:El bip esta inhabilitado.

INTENSIDAD SONORAPresionar el botn BND /LOU/ENT (13) porvarios segundos para amplificar la salida degraves. Presionarlo nuevamente por variossegundos para liberar esta funcin.

AJUSTE DEL RELOJPresionar el botn de DSP (15) y el reloj semostrar en la pantalla. Luego presionar ymantener presionado el botn hasta que elreloj parpadee. Luego presionar el botnTUN/TRK (17) para cambiar la hora o elbotn TUN/TRK (16) para cambiar losminutos.

SILENCIARPresionar el botn MUT (3) para silenciar elsonido inmediatamente. S se presionacualquier botn mientras se encuentra enel modo silenciado, se reanudar el nivelde volumen anterior.

ECUALIZACINPresionar y mantener presionado el botnEQ/REC (11) por varios segundos paraactivar la funcin de ecualizacin y paraseleccionar el modo de audio deseado.Existen cinco modos de audio como semuestra a continuacin:

PANTALLA DE CRISTAL LQUIDOSe muestran la frecuencia actual y lasfunciones activadas en la pantalla (8).

PARPADEO DEL LEDS el panel frontal no esta montado en launidad principal, el LED (12) parpadear.

SENSOR DE CONTROL REMOTOApuntar el control remoto al sensor delcontrol remoto IR (24). Presionar losbotones de funcin del control remoto paracontrolar el sistema.

FUNCIN ESPSi la unidad tiene la funcin electrnica aprueba de choques, sta puede activarsepor varias dcimas de segundo.

FUNCIN DE REINICIALIZACINel botn RESET (25) debe activarseusando un bolgrafo o un objeto metlicodelgado. El botn de RESET (25) se debeactivar por las siguientes razones:- Durante la instalacin inicial de la unidadcuando todo el cableado se ha terminado.- Cuando no responde ninguno de losbotones de funcin.- Cuando aparezca el smbolo de error enla pantalla.

Nota:S se presiona el botn RESET (25) y launidad todava no funciona correctamente,favor usar un algodn mojado con alcoholisoproplico para limpiar los terminales enel panel frontal.

OPERACIN DEL RADIOCAMBIAR AL MODO DE RADIOPresionar brevemente el botn MOD (6)para seleccionar el modo del radio. Elmodo aparecer en la pantalla junto conla banda de memoria y la frecuencia.

SELECCIN DE LA BANDA DEFRECUENCIAEn el modo de radio, presionarbrevemente el botn BND/LOU/ENT(13) para seleccionar la banda deseada.La banda de recepcin cambiar en elsiguiente orden:

SELECCIN DE LA EMISORAPresionar brevemente el botn TUN/TRK (17) o el botn TUN/TRK(16) para activar la funcin de bsquedaautomtica. Presionar por variossegundos hasta que la palabraMANUAL aparezca en la pantalla, elmodo de sintonizacin manual se habrseleccionado.S ambos botones no se hanpresionado por varios segundos,regresarn al modo de sintonizacin porbsqueda y la palabra AUTOaparecer en la pantalla.

GRABACIN DE MEMORIAAUTOMTICA Y RASTREO DEPROGRAMACIN- Grabacin de memoria automticaPresionar el botn AS/PS (18) porvarios segundos, el radio buscar lafrecuencia actual y verificar la fuerzade la seal hasta que termine un ciclode bsqueda. Y luego las 6 estacionesms fuertes se almacenarn en el botncon el nmero predefinidocorrespondiente.- Rastreo de programaPresionar brevemente el botn AS/PS(18) para rastrear las emisoraspredefinidas. Cuando el nivel de fuerzade campo es ms alto que el lmite delnivel de detencin, el radio semantendr en ese nmero predefinidopor varios segundos con el sonidohabilitado, luego continuar buscando.

GRABACIN DE EMISORASPresionar cualquiera de los botonespredefinidos (14) (1 al 6) paraseleccionar la emisora que haba sidograbada en la memoria. Presionar estebotn por varios segundos (hasta quese escuche el 2do. bip), la estacinactual se grabar en el botn numrico.

MONO/ESTREOPresionar el botn MON (2) para seleccionarel modo monofnico o estreo. Algunasveces se puede mejorar la recepcin deemisoras lejanas s se selecciona laoperacin monofnica.

RASTREARPresionar el botn SCN (19) para establecerla funcin en el modo de rastreo, la cualrastrear a la emisora de ms altafrecuencia con seal receptora y semantendr en cada estacin durante variossegundos.

CAMBIAR AL MODO DE CDS no hay un CD insertado en el lector:Insertar suavemente un CD con el ladoimpreso hacia arriba en el compartimientode CD hasta que se sienta resistencia. ElCD ingresar dentro del lectorautomticamente. Comenzar lareproduccin del CD.S hay un CD insertado en el lector: Seguirpresionando brevemente el botn de MOD(6) hasta que la indicacin del modo de CDaparezca.

SELECCIN DE PISTASPresionar el botn TUN/TRK (16) o elbotn TUN/TRK (17) para ir a la pistaanterior o a la siguiente. El nmero de pistase muestra en la pantalla. Presionar ymantener presionado TUN/TRK (16) o elbotn TUN/TRK (17) para retroceder oavanzar rpidamente. La reproduccin delCD comenzar cuando se deje de presionarel botn.

PAUSAR LA REPRODUCCINPresionar el botn PAU (20) para pausar elreproductor de CD. Presionar el botn denuevo para reanudar la reproduccin.

PREVISUALIZACIN DE TODAS LASPISTASPresionar el botn SCN (21) para reproducirlos primeros segundos de cada pista deldisco actual. Presionar de nuevo paradetener la reproduccin introductoria yescuchar la pista.

REPETICIN DE LA MISMA PISTAPresionar el botn RPT (22) para repetircontinuamente la misma pista. Presionar denuevo para detener la repeticin.

REPRODUCCIN ALEATORIA DE TODASLAS PISTASPresionar el botn SHF (23) para reproducirtodas las pistas en el CD en orden aleatorio.Presionar de nuevo para cancelar la funcin.

EXPULSIN DEL DISCOPresionar (4) para detener la reproduccindel CD y expulsar el disco de la ranura (5).

OPERACINOPERACIN DE MP3

CAMBIAR AL MODO DE CD (MP3)S no hay un disco de MP3 insertadoen el lector:Insertar suavemente un CD con ellado impreso hacia arriba en la ranuradel disco (5) hasta que sientaresistencia. El disco de MP3 ingresardentro del lector automticamente.Comenzar la reproduccin de MP3.S hay un disco de MP3 insertado enel lector:Seguir presionando brevemente elbotn de MOD (6) hasta que laindicacin del modo de CD (MP3)aparezca.

EXPULSIN DEL DISCOPresionar el botn (4) para detenerla reproduccin de MP3 y expulsar eldisco de la ranura (5).

SELECCIN DE PISTAS EN UNMISMO PASOPresionar el botn TUN/TRK (16)o el botn TUN/TRK (17) para ir ala pista anterior o a la siguiente. Elnmero de pista se muestra en lapantalla.

PAUSAR LA REPRODUCCINPresionar el botn PAU (20) parapausar el reproductor de MP3.Presionar el botn de nuevo parareanudar la reproduccin.

SELECCIN DE PISTAS CON ELBOTN AS/PS/D-AUDEl botn AS/PS se asigna como botnde seleccin del modo de audio digital

en la operacin de MP3.Cuando se presiona, ste se activacomo la seleccin de cada modo deaudio digital.Bsqueda directa de pista =>Bsqueda de directorio o nombre dearchivo=>Navegacin desde directorio razmediante botones TUN/TRK UP/DOWN => Navegacin desdedirectorio actual mediante botonesTUN/TRK UP/DOWN..

Bsqueda directa de pistasPresionar el botn AS/PS (D-AUD)una vez. Lo ingresar en el modo debsqueda directa de pista en el CDde audio digital. La unidad buscar lapista seleccionada por medio de losbotones numricos: M1-M6, MOD (7),TUN/TRK DOWN (8), TUN/TRK UP(9), DSP(0).Si se selecciona tres dgitos, la unidadbusca la pista inmediatamente. Si seselecciona uno o dos dgitos, launidad esperar unos segundos paraque se presione el botn ENT (BND/LOU).. La unidad buscar la pistadespus de unos segundos, aunqueno se haya presionado el botn deingresar.

Bsqueda de directorio o nombrede archivoPresionar el botn AS/PS (D-AUD)dos veces. Lo ingresar en el modode bsqueda de directorio o nombrede archivo en el CD de audio digital.La unidad buscar los archivos ydirectorios que tienen el mismocarcter que el ingresado por elusuario con los botonescorrespondientes listados en la en latabla 1 a continuacin.La explicacin se encuentra acontinuacin:- Usar los botones correspondientespara seleccionar los caracteres de laA a la Z, espacio, 0 a 9, _, -, + ..- Presionar el botn PUSH SEL paraconfirmar el ingreso de cada carcter.- Presionar el botn BND /LOU (ENT)para comenzar la bsqueda de ttulo.En caso de que el ttulo seleccionadosea un nombre de directorio, lapantalla lo mostrar ( ), luego- Usar los botones de TUN/TRK UP/DOWN para listar todas las cancionesdentro de este directorio y seleccionarel ttulo.

El usuario puedeseleccionar el archivo o directorio pormedio de los botones TUN/TRK UP/DOWN.. El archivo seleccionado puedereproducirse si se presiona el botn BND/LOU (ENT)..
