GOLF COURSE UPDATE

Greetings,

Let me start off by saying how excited I am to join the Rio Bravo Golf Club staff. I believe RioBravo offers a unique setting that other clubs in the valley aren’t able to. I look forward towhat the future has in store for the club in making improvements to the course and thefacility. With that being said, let me speak on what I have been focusing on since arriving 3weeks ago. In that time we have replaced the motors on about 50 sprinkler heads. We haveaccomplished this by buying replacement motors and by pulling motors out of the outerroughs and installing them in the fairways, tees, and inner roughs. We also have made repairsto 20 pipes that were leaking on the course. This will be an ongoing task all winter long. Mygoal is to have the playable areas repaired as soon as possible.

In conjunction with repairs to the sprinklers, we also have ordered a replacement computer

for the irrigation system. The old one had crashed and is no longer working. This will help in

optimizing the use of the irrigation system. We have a lot of work ahead of us, but I feel that

we are heading in the right direction to making Rio Bravo the desired destination of golfers in

the central valley.

Membership Update

Last October 25, we had a cocktail party for our new members. Together with the management,members and owners, we officially welcomed some of our new members for the month ofSeptember and October. We all had a great time and we can’t wait for our next welcome party onNovember 29, 2017. All members are welcome to join us in welcoming our new members to theRio Bravo Family.

As we prepare for the Holiday Season, we have an exciting event for everyone to enjoy. We haveour Members Ugly Sweater Christmas Scramble, followed by a Christmas dinner party withsumptuous Christmas Turkey and Prime Rib Dinner Buffet, fun Christmas activity and raffle. Oursocial members are also invited to join.

This is also the time of the year where we count our blessings and we countourselves extremely lucky to have members like you. Thank you for making RioBravo your second home! We all wish you a joyous and peaceful holiday filledwith family, friends and more blessings throughout the year. Happy Thanksgiving!
