The new American Airlines uniform program was built upon an unprecedented level of team member input. Through the 65 Frontline Uniform Advisory Team (FUAT) members, more than 1,000 Field Testers, and each and every frontline team member who provided feedback throughout the process, this program incorporates the ideas and feedback of those who will wear the uniform each and every day.
