Bringing old systems up to date – analogue HD can detect sharper detail and monitor a much wider area with a single camera:

Existing cameras(Analogue)

Analogue HD combines maximum detail recognition and a large surveillance area in

HD resolution through a tried-and-tested coaxial cable network. When upgrading an

analogue system, existing cables and individual analogue cameras can continue to

be used. Existing cameras only need to be replaced in locations where HD resolution

is required (e.g. access points). Thanks to higher resolution capabilities, the total

number of cameras can be kept to a minimum.

Smart Search

The time-saving Smart Search function allows you to search all recordings on the

recorder for movement information, irrespective of the recording type. In order to

use this function, you must first select a freely-definable image area within the

playback window of the camera (e.g. an entrance or checkout area). You then perform

a movement analysis. The recorder then displays data that includes movement

information in the marked area on the timeline.

Sorting through recordings without Smart Search Functions: very time-con-suming as hours of recordings need to be sorted.

Sorting through recordings with Smart Search function: only relevant recordings with activity in the defined area need to be checked.

Analogue video surveillance is very easy to install and operate as the cameras are

simply connected to the recorder using coaxial cables. Signal failure is virtually

impossible with these stable analogue HD systems, which guarantee secure 24-hour

surveillance. Available at reasonable prices, analogue HD cameras provide high-

quality video image data. Whatever the application requirements, ABUS has the right

camera – from the compact mini camera for reliable surveillance to the controllable

PTZ camera for high-performance monitoring of larger areas.
