Technical Description: Concrete Core Cooling

Das RAUTHERM S-Rohr

Der Werkstoff PE-Xa entsteht durch die Vernetzung von Poly ethylen (PE). Der Basis rohr werk stoff ist ein lineares und hochmolekulares PE hoher Dichte mit hoher Festigkeit. Aus diesem Grund zeichnet sich schon das Grundmaterial durch besonders gute Schlag- und Kerbschlagzähigkeit sowie hohe Rissfestigkeit aus.

Die Vernetzungsreaktion erfolgt während der Rohrformung im Werkzeug. Zusätzlich ist das RAUTHERM S-Rohr durch eine EVAL-Ummantelung gegen Sauerstoffeintrag geschützt.

Auf der Grundlage von mehr als 40-jähriger Erfahrung in Labor und Praxis, einer Vielzahl von Ver su chen und umfangreichen Prü fun gen an

Rohren aus hochdruckvernetzten Polyethylen, wurden die notwendigen Parameter, wie z.B. Tempe ratur- und Druckfestigkeit des PE-Xa-Rohres, entwickelt.

Das robuste RAUTHERM S-Rohr hat sich bei einer Vielzahl von BKT-Objekten im harten Bau stel len-alltag bewährt.

Der Anschluss der Heiz-/Kühlkreise erfolgt über REHAU Industrie verteiler oder mittels Tichelmann-verteiler.

Die REHAU Systeme verfügen über alle wichtigen Zertifikate und Prüfzeugnisse. Das Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach ISO 9001 steht für Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungs fähigkeit von REHAU.
