Third Module: Strategic implementation and anchoring

Facilitation and implementation are paramount. The strongest business model will not come to fruition without efficient and effective implementation. In this module, you will be introduced to tools that ensure a thorough and proper execution of your strategy.

The third module takes place at the Innovation Factory at IBC in Kolding. IBC collaborates with leading professors from IE Business School in Madrid and IDEO in California. The IBC’s Innovation Factory is particularly prominent in innovation and business models in Scandinavia. Two days at IBC Innovation Factory, Kolding.
