The sustainability of buildings can be evaluated by different methods like the US Green Building Council’s international certification systems Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), the BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) or the German Sustainability Building Council (DGNB).

The consideration of the certification criteria offers many advantages for owners and investors like e.g. lower life cycle costs, lower insurance premiums, increase of the real estate value and the user productivity. The energy consumption of buildings moves evermore into the focus. With more than 40 % buildings consume the largest portion of the entire energy consumption in the industrial nations. EfficientThe entire engineering process from the field level via the auto-mation level up to the management level is based on the unified Microsoft .Net Framework Technology. Plant configuration, program-ming, commissioning and documentation are supported by our Engineering-Software RCO-tool. The Building-Management-Software RCO-view with an integrated Engineering-tool is characterised by its simple and intuitive operation.

InnovativeThe web-based Management-Software with multi-user access enables you the access to your installations, at each time, at each place. The Master Controllers are provided with an integrated coloured graphi-cal LCD-display for local operation. The controllers can be program-med in the easy to learn programming language or graphically. This supports a greater flexibility and the simultaneous standardisation with program modules and macro programming at the same time.

SustainableThe Master Controller of the Controlesta RCO series offers a variety of communication abilities. Beside implemented standard protocols the Master Controllers supports the native BACnet protocol according to ANSI/ASHRAE standard 135-2001 (ISO16484-5). This high degree of interoperability and the used forward-looking technology stands for sustainability.
