Your function: • Based on your knowledge of thermoset materials and the related compounding processes you translate the customers’ product demands into own materials. • You think along with the customer in his new developments and how SBHPP can meet this demand by proposing new materials. • You are responsible for the development of materials, also on lab and (semi-) industrial scale. • You guide the customer throughout the processing of the material that you develop. • You report to the Business & Development Director.

Your pro� le: • You have a master in Chemistry (polymer chemistry) in combination with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in materials development. • Preferably you have experience in the plastics industry or you have a distinct preference to delve into this. • You can express yourself fl uently in English. • You are creative and innovative. • You have a strong interest in compounding techniques. • You can work in an independent and methodical way in order to bring projects to a successful outcome.
