A white football fan shouts out a racist remark against a black football fan in the crowd. Racial discrimination is against the

Human rights Act but he says that he is exercising his human right to “freedom of

expression”,Sometimes Human Rights conflict.

Which one is the more important in this case

in your opinion?

One Human Right can not be exercised if it denies another. In this case, racism is not allowed so you can not express racist views and claim that it is all right just because you’re expressing an opinion.
