Basic minimum things such as these that we should all expect to have, wherever we live, have become known as Human Rights. You will see on the next slides how some of these have been written into the laws of many countries in the world.

Almost every country in the world has now signed the above agreement saying they agree with five basic human rights. 4. The right to a

People should be able to defend themselves if they are accused of something wrong.

Human rights Act but he says that he is exercising his human right to “freedom of

expression”,Sometimes Human Rights conflict.

Which one is the more important in this case

in your opinion?

One Human Right can not be exercised if it denies another. In this case, racism is not allowed so you can not express racist views and claim that it is all right just because you’re expressing an opinion.
