VPI ESD Initial SurfaceCleaner is the second step inthe overall VPI ESD FlooringInitial Maintenance System.

VPI ESD Initial SurfaceCleaner, used in conjunctionwith the VPI ESD InitialSur face Cleaning Pad(natural in color, with blackstrands) – micro-cleans thesurface of the tile resulting ina great visual appearance andoptimal performance.

It should be used only afterthe ESD Initial Deep Scrubprocess is completed.

INITIAL SURFACE CLEANING AGENT

After first completing the ESD InitialDeep Scrub process, place the VPIESD Initial Surface Cleaning Pad(natural in color, with black strands)onto low speed floor machine. MistVPI ESD Initial Surface Cleaner,using the mist setting on a triggersprayer, over the area to be cleaned.With the low speed machine, use theinitial pass to evenly distribute thecleaner over the intended area to besurface cleaned (about a 10’x10’ areaat a time) – then begin buffing action.

Buff the area using an even back andforth motion. Approximately 5 passesper row should properly clean thesurface but take extra passes to assurecomplete surface uni formity.

Continue the process until the surfaceof the entire area has been cleanedand is visually acceptable. Ifdesired, repeating Initial SurfaceCleaning process a second time willmaximize cleaning and appearance.

NOTE: It is very important to followthe specific directions for cleaning VPIESD TILE. Treating it otherwise, cannegatively impact visual appearanceand e lec t r i ca l per fo rmance .IMPORTANT: Never buff in excess of375 RPM.
